西安后小康居住小区的交通组织与停车问题研究初探

【摘要】 经济的发展、人们生活方式的改变、国家产业政策的鼓励,使得小汽车迅速进入家庭成为我国许多城市一项不容忽视的事实,西安也面临同样的问题,这就导致了原有居住小区的规划结构、道路设计不能满足现代居住生活的需求,车位不足、道路交通负荷过大等问题大量出现,给居民生活造成诸多不便,使居住区的环境质量严重下降;而新建设的居住小区,对于小汽车的发展估计带有一定的盲目性,从而更多考虑的是对居住区机动交通的满足,忽略了街道生活空间的职能,破坏了邻里之间的交往和盲目建设停车场,致使停车场使用率低等问题的出现。 本论文结合国内外相关领域的研究,立足于西安居住小区交通与停车实例调查研究的基础上,提出一套适合西安居住小区的停车配建指标,并对西安后小康居住小区的动、静态交通系统进行研究、探索。 本文共分五章,从绪论开始,提出论文研究的目的、意义及方法。第一章论述了小汽车在我国的发展趋势及居住小区面临的停车危机;提出后小康的概念,讲述了西安居住小区存在的交通与停车问题及与后小康小区停车规划存在的差距。第二章,对西安居住小区的停车现状进行调查,并进行量化分析,总结小区存在的问题。第三章,结合西安小汽车的增长速度、经济发展水平、居民收入等因素,提出一套适合西安后小康居住小区的停车指标。第四章,分别从动静态交通组织、交通安全、停车景观方面对后小康居住小区进行研究,并对旧居住小区的停车改造提出具体措施;引进公共交通社区思想,从根本上解决小汽车的停放问题。第六章,提出几种适合西安后小康居住小区停车的结构模式。
【Abstract】 The economic development, the change of people living pattern and the encouragement of country policy make it possible that automobiles enter family rapidly in many cities and Xi’an. The old residential design and way cannot satisfy the new living requirement and cause many conflicts between "people and automobile " because of the interference of automobiles.The whole work consists of five chapters:The first part expounds the tendency of the development of automobiles in China and the parking problem in the residential district. There introduces the concept of post-well-to-do living and refers to the gap between X’an and post-well-to-do parking planning in this part.The 2nd part mainly talks the investigation of parking in residential district in Xi’an and sums up the parking problems by analyzing the data of the survey.The 3rd part suggests a parking indicator of Xi’an residential distracts according to the development speed of automobiles , economic development level and resident income of Xi’an..The 4th part expounds the design of traffic organization , parking way, traffic safe and parking view, puts specific methods for the parking reconstruction and suggests to adopt the policy of the Public Traffic Community which can ultimately solve the parking problem of automobiles.The 5th part puts several parking layouts for the post-well-to-do residential district ofXi’an.
