酒钢酸性球团烧结法布料工艺研究

【摘要】 球团烧结法是在普通烧结法和球团法的基础上开发出来的一种新型造块方法,适用于细粒级的铁矿粉造块。采用偏析布料是控制烧结过程的一种有效手段。对酒钢酸性球团烧结工艺尚有许多有待进一步研究的问题。本文针对酒钢酸性球团烧结原设计布料工艺不够合理的问题,进行了试验室和现场应用研究。 研究工作分为如下几个方面:(1)酸性球团烧结工艺原始料层和烧结过程透气性研究;(2)原设计方案条件下料层高度方向生球粒度和碳含量分布情况研究:(3)φ300 mm烧结杯上进行试验室研究,寻求合理的粒度分布及碳含量分布的结论依据烧结杯实验结论,对现场布料工艺进行改进;(4)对球团烧结工艺布料器及普通烧结工艺布料器进行比较分析。通过研究得到如下主要结论: 1.通过对酒钢酸性球团烧结法烧结料层透气性、粒度分布和碳含量分布调查的研究说明洒钢酸性球团烧结法烧结法烧结布料工艺不够合理是影响烧结经济技术指标的主要因素。 2.通过不同燃料偏析程度的烧结杯试验,说明酒钢酸性球团烧结工艺在上中下三层的合理燃料偏析程度是0.4%。 3.酒钢酸性球团烧结工艺由于烧结混合料粒度差异大,5~10mm含量达到80%,各粒级中碳含量差异也大,因此传统的烧结布料工艺由于导致燃料偏析程度过大,不适合酒钢球团烧结工艺。 4.酒钢酸性球团烧结工艺以前所运用的多辊布料工艺、反射板布料工艺、反偏析布料工艺、分层布料+反偏析布料工艺虽然在燃料偏析程度上逐步接近合理的燃料偏析程度值,但与目标值都有一定差距,最终确定轮式布料工艺比较适合酒钢酸性球团烧结工艺。

【Abstract】 Hybrid pelletized sintering process is a new agglomerating method developed from conventional sintering and pelletizing, fine ore can be used in large quantity as raw materials for this process. In order to solve the problem of unproper segregation feeding methods in old design of acid hybrid palletized sinter process in Jiuquan Iron and Steel Corporation (JISCO), much site investigation and laboratory investigation work were carried out.The original sinter-bed permeability of acid pelletized sintering and the permeability in sinter processing were measured. Particle-size and carbon distribution in sinter-bed in old design were investigated. In order to founding the proper carbon profile and particle-size profile in sinter-bed, some pot tests were also carried out in φ 300mm sintering pot. In accordance with the conclusion of pot tests, the distribution process of site was improved. At last, some modification was carried out which is about the distributor of acid hybrid pelletized sinter and conventional sinter. Following conclusions are obtained:1.Based in the studying of sinter-bed permeability of acid pelletized sintering and the permeability in sintering processing, particle-size and carbon distribution, it is found that unreasonable collocation process is a main influence factor to technical-economic index.2. Based on pot tests with different carbon profile in sinter-bed, it is found that suitable degree of carbon segregation in three-layer is 0.4%.3. The wide range of particle size of mixture in acid pelletized sintering(the contentof 5~10 mm gets up to 80%) and carbon content induced to unproper carbon segregation, traditional distribution process is not suited for acid pelletized sintering in JISCO.4. Different segregation feeding methods result in different carbon profile in three-layer. Wheel segregation feeding method is suitable for acid pelletized sintering.
