【摘要】 现代城市设计概念从上个世纪80年代传入中国，引起了规划界的普遍关注。由于在我国城市设计尚未取得法定地位，国家也没有针对城市设计给出明确的定位，导致了目前国内理论界各执一词的局面，在具体项目实践中，城市设计的内容与成果也是五花八门，缺乏统一的认识。 源于建国初期的我国的城市规划体系在改革开放后城市化进程加快的城市建设过程中也出现了一些弊端，近年来也为规划界所关注，城市设计工作的展开，正好可以解决其中一些问题，符合新时期城市建设的客观要求。因此，城市设计工作同我国现行的规划体系之间的结合问题亟待研究解决。 本文的核心问题是研究如何在总体规划阶段展开城市设计工作。 文章从对城市规划、城市设计的基本认识入手，系统的探讨了城市设计思想在中外古代社会时期城市营建过程中的作用；现代城市规划与城市设计的起源与发展过程；中外现代城市设计理论与实践的发展状况；城市规划体系和我国现行的城市规划编制及其中存在的不足等问题。 在此基础上，探讨了城市规划与城市设计的关系及各自的侧重点，建立了城市设计编制与我国现阶段城市规划编制各阶段相对应的原则，强调了城市设计工作应该贯穿于整个城市规划工作各阶段的思想，并对各阶段展开的城市设计工作的任务、类型、内容作了初步的研究。 论文最后落脚于总体城市设计的研究。理论研究方面，基于凯文·林奇的城市设计理论，并作了相应的补充与完善，建构了我国现阶段总体城市设计的理论框架，进而对总体城市设计编制工作的内容与方法进行了深入的探讨，提出了在该阶段城市设计工作中应该把握的层面与系统的关系。最后，通过宝鸡市总体城市设计项目实践，展示了总体城市设计理论与实践相结合的方法。 应该申明的一点是，本文研究的重点是总体城市设计的理论以及展开总体城市设计工作的内容和方法，而对总体城市设计研究的其他方面如实施管理、公众参与机制等问题未作过多涉及。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concept of modern urban design has provoked widespread interest in the circles of planning from its entering China in the 1980’s. Because urban design has not acquired legal position in China and the country has not give a definite orientation, many designer sticks to their own version of argument. The content and achievement are of a wide variety and hasn’t unified opinion in practice.The urban planning system of our country was established early in the foundation of our state. It has some disadvantages after the reform and the quick speed of urbanization. The problem has aroused the attention in the circle of planning. Urban design can solve some of the questions and accord with the demand of the city construction. So the problem of connection of urban design and the current urban planning systems must be speedily resolved.The core of this thesis is how to enforce urban design at the stage of master planning.The thesis started with the basic recognition of urban planning and urban design, discusses the function of urban design in the construction of Chinese and foreign ancient cities; the origin and development of modern urban planning and design; the development of the theory and practice of modern urban design in China and foreign countries; the disadvantages of urban planning system and current drafting of urban planning in our country.On the basis of this, the thesis discuss the relationship between urban planning and urban design and their particular emphasis; establishes the correspondence principle between the drafting of urban design and the current urban planning system; points out emphatically the idea that urban design must run through all the stages of planning; studies the assignment type and content of urban design in each stage.The thesis ended with the study of master design. Based on Kevin Lynch’s urban design theory with relevant supplement and improvement, the thesis establishes the theory frame of current master design. And then, it discusses the content and’method of the drafting of master design, points out the layer and system relation of urban design at this stage. Finally, it expresses how to combine the urban design theory with practice with BaoJi Master Urban Design as the case.One more thing must be pointed out is that the focal point of this thesis is the theory content and method of master design, so it doesn’t touch upon the aspects such as enforcement administration, public participation mechanism and so on..更多还原
