【摘要】 酒钢黑鹰山铁矿是酒泉钢铁(集团)公司的富矿基地，为充分利用矿石资源需对贫矿和高磷富矿进行选矿流程研究和选矿厂建设技术经济分析。 根据黑鹰山矿贫铁矿石性质和国内外红铁矿选矿实践，结合黑鹰山矿现场地处戈壁沙漠、缺电少水特点，选择全磁选方案、块矿干选-磁选方案及磁选-重选方案进行选矿试验研究，针对选矿试验情况对中磁—强磁(一粗一精)选矿流程进行了扩大试验。确定了黑鹰山选矿厂贫铁矿石选矿流程：破碎—预选—中磁—强磁—(一粗一精)—中矿返回流程。对于黑鹰山的部分高磷富矿进行浮选方案脱磷试验，确定了浮选流程。 根据确定的选矿流程进行了选矿厂方案的技术经济、建厂条件、公辅设施论证，得出：如果投资建厂，可利用黑鹰山堆存贫矿和高磷富矿，每年为酒钢供应成本为204.92元／吨(不含税)的13.8万吨铁精粉，经济效益和社会效益较为显著，建议酒钢公司在资金容许的条件下可以投资黑鹰山选矿厂建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 HEIYINGSHAN iron ore mine is the high content iron ore base of JIUQUAN IRON AND STEEI Co. (JISCO) . We must be studied both the ore dressing technology of the lean ore and the high phosphor content ore and economic and technical analysis for building the ore dressing-works to make fully use of them.Combining the character of HEIYINGSHAN’s lean iron ore and the experiences of hematite dressing home and abroad and locale character that located in the center of Gobi desert and lacking electricity and fresh water, we have finished three ways of trial studying which are the magnetic ore dressing, lump dry-magnetic dressing and magnetic-gravity ore dressing. According to the result of the trial studying, we have done an extensive test of the medium magnetism-strong magnet ism (one wide mi 11 run and one choiceness) ore dressing technology, determined the ore dressing technology for the lean Heiyingshan ore is that crushing -preliminary dress ing-medium magnet ism-strong magnet ism ( one wide mill run and one choiceness ) --unqualified product redressing. After the floatation test of high phosphor content iron ore, we have selected the floatation technology.According to determined ore dressing technology, we have studied the building of the dressing-works for technology and economy and conclude that if the iron ore dressing-works will be set up, which could produce 138,000 tons of iron ore fine at the cost of 204. 92RMB yuan/MT (without taxes) for JISCO. Its raw material is the lean iron ore and high phosphor content iron ore in stock. It could get the remarkable economic and social benefits. So I suggest that JISCO set up the iron ore dressing-works in HEIYINGSHAN if the capital is permitted.更多还原
