酒钢LF炉工艺优化研究

【摘要】 酒钢60tLF炉自从1997年投产以来,由于设备和工艺不完善,脱硫、脱氧和去除夹杂物等精炼效果一直不理想。本文在现场调研的基础上,从改善LF炉精炼的热力学和动力学条件入手,经过充分论证,通过冷态水力模拟实验优化供氩参数;采用改进的复合精炼渣和工艺参数,通过工业性试验在线优化LF炉生产工艺,强化LF精炼功能,取得了显著的深度脱氧、脱硫和良好的去夹杂效果。 论文对酒钢LF精炼传统工艺进行了全面深入的分析与评价,找出了问题,在精炼试验中有针对性地进行了优化和改进。 水模试验和工业性试验研究表明酒钢LF炉应采取分阶段变流量的吹氩模式。 LF精炼工业性试验研究表明,采用1#CaO—Al2O3渣系和2#CaO—BaO渣系能够达到良好的深度脱氧、脱硫效果,精炼渣加入量为钢水量的1.6%;平均加热功率为5800~6200KW,平均吹氩时间为35min。 研究认为:酒钢LF炉已具备发挥其精炼功能的条件,只要优化工艺制度,进一步改造设备,加强规范化操作,酒钢LF炉同时脱氧、脱硫功能可以充分体现。

【Abstract】 Metallurgical effects of LF refining in Jiuquan Iron & Steel Corp., such as deoxidation and desulphurization, has been always much poorer since LF equipment was built in 1997. Based on sufficient field investigation and demonstration, the study succeeded in optimizating on-line LF process by strengthening condition of thermodynamics and dynamics. Parameters of bottom Ar-blowing have been optimized by means of hydraulic model experiment. New synthetic refining slag and new process were adopted in study of the subject. Refining functions of LF were exploited by industrial tests. Good effects of deoxidation, desulphurization and inclusion removing was achieved.Rounded analysis and evaluation of traditional process of LF in Jiuquan Iron & Steel Corp. have been done in this paper and problems of traditional process were founded. In the tests the problems have been modified.Results of hydraulic model experiment and Industrial tests indicated that Ar flux should change according to different phases of refining period.Industrial tests also indicated that refining slag of CaO-Al2O3 and CaO-BaO can get good effects of deoxidation and desulphurization.the quantity of refining slag required is 1.6% of weight of molten steel,.The average heating power is 5800~6200KW. Time of Ar-blowing is 30-42min. The average of Ar-blowing time is 35min.Study of the subject draw a conclusion that LF of Jiuquan Iron & Steel Corp. has had the condition of well deoxidation and well desulphurization. If process was optimizated and equipment was modified, obvious refining effects wound must be realized.
