山东省城镇居民体育旅游现状及可持续发展研究

【摘要】 体育旅游作为旅游发展到一定阶段的专项旅游,是在较为充分地满足了自身基本生活物质消费前提下所产生的一种更高层次的消费,它主要来源于人们的社会性需要。这种社会性需要,是人们为了适应健身、精神、心理和社会交往的要求而有目的有意识地形成和发展起来的。体育旅游活动把参加体育锻炼的目标从单纯生物学意义上的强身健体发展为将生活方式、思维方式、价值观念、心理需要、健康、科学和文明融为一体的综合目标。体育旅游正成为旅游新热点、国民经济的新的增长点,在社会生活中日益发挥着越来越重要作用。 目前有关体育旅游问题的研究主要集中在四个方面:(1)体育旅游理论研究与体育旅游专业设置及人才培养研究(2)体育旅游市场消费与发展趋势研究(3)体育旅游的规划与开发的应用研究(4)民族体育旅游研究。这些研究从不同侧面探讨了体育旅游的相关理论问题,拓宽和丰富了体育旅游的研究视野和内容,但总体上讲,不够系统、全面。对体育旅游市场现状的研究相对较少;对体育旅游市场的源动力——体育旅游的消费者缺乏进一步的调查研究;且根据体育旅游消费者特点来研究,促进体育旅游发展的研究,尚未见系统报道。因此从研究体育旅游消费者和非体育旅游消费者的各种影响因素出发,了解我省城镇居民的体育旅游的现状,分析影响体育旅游的主客观因素,把握现阶段体育旅游的消费态势,探讨今后体育旅游的发展趋势及对策,对于提高我国居民的生活水平,促进国民经济发展,满足我国的物质文明与精神文明建设需求,推动社会进步有着重要的理论和实际意义。 为此,本课题在占有大量文献资料和调查研究的基础上,对体育旅游的概念进行了界定,并以山东省城镇居民为研究对象,对山东省城镇居民体育旅游现状和可持续发展等问题进行了系统研究,初步得出以下结论: 1体育旅游是指人们在休闲时间,暂时离开家庭所在地,以非盈利为前提,惜助多种多样的体育手段,以身心和谐发展,丰富社会文化生活,促进精神文明建设为终极目标而与体育旅游地、体育旅游企业及社会之间发生各种关系的社会文化教育活动。 2 山东省城镇居民参与体育旅游情况无明显的性别差异,体现出了男女平等的特点;在年龄方面,居民参与体育旅游随年龄增长而增长,而后随年龄增长又逐渐下降;在学历方面小学至大学参与体育旅游的比例逐渐增多,表明文化程度与体育旅游呈正相关。 3山东省城镇居民参与体育旅游存在着职业差异,其中大学生、营销人员、管理人员和L人参与体育旅游的I匕例较高,待岗人员、军人和服务人员较低;在收入方面收入在200元以上的人页,收入水平与体育旅游呈正相关。 一 山东省城镇居民参与体育旅游的组成方式以家庭居多,其中2人家庭结构最多,其次是3人家庭结构。 5 山东省城镇居民一年内参与体育旅游的次数多数为1一2次;并且主要集中在“五一”和“十一”;旅游天数多数在2一3天,且较多的居住在较便宜的中低档旅馆,每人每次平均支出多数在2000元以内。 6 山东省城镇居民参与体育旅游的目的多数是为了娱乐休闲、释放压力、提高生活质量,以及增强阅历和陶冶情操,反映了居民参与体育旅游目的的多元化倾向。 7影响山东省城镇居民的参与体育旅游的因素不是单一的,是由内外各种因素综合影响的结果,对影响山东省城镇居民参与体育旅游的固素进行固子分析,得出八个主要因子:消费者困子、管理固子、营销因子、环境因子、价值观因子、安全因子、体育发展因子。其中消费者因子是最主要影响困素,包括:经济收入、休闲时间、受教育程度(体育文化教育,个人文化素养)、健康状况。体现T人在体育旅游中的主观能动作用。 2 一 8 山东省城镇居民经济的持续增长、休闲时间的增多、体育人0的不断扩大、需求结构和消费结构的优化、山东省产业结构的调整和升级、城市社区化与农村城市化进展、山东省青岛成为北京奥运伙伴城市以及山东省城镇居民潜在的体育旅游需求均为山东省城镇居民进行体育旅游提供了较大的发展潜力。 9针对山东省城镇居民体育旅游的现状及影响困素提出的摸清家底,找出差距;形象设计,文化主导;系统规划,梯度开发;合理开发,生态优先;基础先行,管理跟进;培养人才,提高寸支术;找准市场,力U强宣传等实施对策,可为山东省城镇居民体育旅游的可持续发展提供有效的支持。

【Abstract】 Sport tourism is a higher level of consumption that appears as tourism is developed, and with the precondition that people’s basic material consumptions have been fully fulfilled. Its development origins from human being’s social needs, which develop purposefully to meet people’s spiritual, psychological and social communicative needs. The activities of sport tourism expand the goal of exercises from the biological needs to an integrated level mixing ways of life, ways of thinking, values, psychology, fitness, science and culture together. It is becoming a new tourist interest and an increasing point of national economy.Currently, the studies of sport tourism are mainly carried out in four aspects: (1) theoretical study, the layout of sport tourism specialty and the personnel training; (2) market consumption and developmental study; (3) applied studies on the planning and exploitation of resources; (4) studies on ethical sport tourism. Although, these studies offer a multi-dimensional view of sport tourism, the findings are far from satisfactory. The problems are: lack of market research and the in-depth study on consumers; no research has been made from the consumer’s angle. So investigating the influential factors of the consumers and non-consumers of sport tourism, the status of urban citizens’ sport tourism consumptions in Shandong province, analyzing the current state of sport tourism consumption and investigating the its developmental trends and strategies will be of high theoretical and practical values in China.This research aims to define the concept of sport tourism and carry out a systematic study on the current state and developmental strategies of Shandong urban citizens’ sport tourism. Some preliminary conclusions are made based on the large amount of literary materials and investigations:1. Sport tourism is a kind of social-cultural educational activity that people do with non-profit purpose in their leisure time, leaving their dwelling places temporarily, by dint of gymnastic means, with the goal of harmoniously developing fitness, enriching social culture, and establish relationships with tourist resorts, enterprises and society.2. The participation of sport tourism isn’t correlated with consumers’ gender, showing the equality of genders. In age, the participation percentage from 18-29 is increasing, the decreasing after 30; in education, the percentage increases from primary school to university, showing its positive correlate relation with Sport Tourism.3. There are professional variations in the participators of Sport Tourism in Shandong, of whom university students, marketing and managing personnel and workers make up a large part; lay-off workers, PLA men and service personnel have a lower percentage. Income is positive correlate to Sport Tourism.4. Family activities are the main form of Sport Tourism in Shandong, most of which are workers’ families, then 3-person families.5. In the participation of Sport Tourism in Shandong, the frequency is 1-2 times per year, on holidays such as Labor Day and National Day, lasting 2-3 day, hotels chosen are of middle-lower grade, the average expenses are lower than 2000 Yuan.6. Most of Shandong urban citizens’ Sport Tourism consumptions are for entertainments, leisure, developing life quality and experiencing culture and history. This shows the influence of culture in Sport Tourism.7. Doing factors analysis for Shandong urban citizens sport tourismconsumption, this research has found eight influential factors: Consumer, management, marketing, circumstance, value, safety and developmental factors. Consumer factor is the most influential one, including: income, leisure time, education, and healthy condition. Human being plays a subjective role in sport tourism.8. Factors offering potential development chances are: the growing increase of economy of Shandong province, the increase of leisure time, the enlarging of sport population, the optimizing need/consumption structures, and Qingda
