山东省重点中学健康教育现状与发展对策的研究

【摘要】 二十一世纪人类社会进入知识经济时代,以经济和科技为特征的综合国力的竞争日趋激烈。世界范围内综合国力的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争。教育是造就人才的系统工程,教育的发展和进步必将为国家在综合国力的竞争中取得有利位置发挥巨大作用。 中学生是祖国的未来和希望,担负着科教兴国。振兴中华的历史重任。他们的身心健康与否不仅影响自身的学习和生活,还将深深影响着中华民族的整体素质和国家在21世纪的竞争力。但是在应试教育体制的影响下,片面追求学生的成绩和升学率,造成了学生的学习和生活压力过重,身心受到极大的摧残。因此,全面了解中学健康教育现状,分析原因,探讨行之有效的教育发展对策,指导和帮助中学生养成和建立健康的生活模式,促进身心发展,提高学生的身心素质和健康水平是全面贯彻党的教育方针,建设有中国特色社会主义强国的战略措施之一。党中央在《关于深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育的决定》中,明确指出“学校要树立健康第一指导思想”,为学校开展健康教育工作吹响了战斗的号角。 文献检索发现:目前,国内有关健康教育的研究主要集中在健康教育的思想、健康教育的内容以及健康教育的价值等理论层面。这些研究也主要侧重于高校,对中学健康教育的研究则为数不多。特别是对中学健康教育的调查研究就更少,然而对中学健康教育现状的调查研究,对于各级教育主管部门、学校和教师如实地了解中学健康教育的实际情况,合理有效地解决存在的问题,具有重要的理论和实践价值。 为此,本文从调查山东省重点中学的健康教育现状的入手,在占有大量文献资料的驯上,采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑归纳法等多种研究方法,对山东省重点中学健康教育进行研究,初步得出以下结论: 1、山东省重点中学的健康教育尚禾得到克分重视,设有健康教育领导机构的学校较少,领导机构成员的权威不高。且对健康教育的重视在一定程度上受经济发展水平的影响. 2、山东省的部分重点中学未制定健康教育计划,未将健康教育纳入教学计划。有些学校虽然将健康教育课排上了课程表,但不上或被其他课占用的现象较为严重。 3、山东省重点中学的健康教育集中运用“健康教育课”、“体育课”、“生物课”等形式,其教育过程主要以被动的教师传授为主。反映了我省的健康教育重理论知识轻实践环节的特点。 4、山东省重点中学健康教育的教师多为兼职教师且学历、职称偏低;对一些专业知识的了解程度不够。表明山东省重点中学健康教育的师资结构急待优化。 5、山东省重点中学的健康教育内容尚未统一,但是大部分学校的健康教育内客却大同小异,其中选择“人体生理解剖知识”、“体育活动卫生知识”、“青春期健康教育”作为健康教育内容的比例较高。 6、山东省重点中学学生健康知识的总体水平较高。但由于地区、学校/性别不同;中学生之间的健康知识水平存在较大差异,表现为:经济发达地区重点中学学生的健康知识水平高于其他地区的中学生,高中生高于初中生,女生高于男生。 7、山东省重点中学学生对健康教育的态度较积极,但其健康行为不尽人意。 8、通过分析归纳,得出影响山东省重点中学健康教育的7大困素,即:健康教育观念;健康教育课程体系;健康教育形式;健康教育教师;学生对健康教育的态度;学校一家庭一社会的一体化教育状况;校园文化氛围。 2 J八 9、针对山东省重点中学健康教育中存在的问题,本课题提出的中学健康教育的发展对策,可为我省中学健康教育的实施提供有效的指导。

【Abstract】 As human being have stepped into the 21th century, known as an era of knowledge economy, the competition of synthestical national strength featured by economy and technology is becoming more and more hot. What’s more the competition of synthestical national strength is centered on the competition of people. Education, as a systematic work of fostering qualified personnel, will play an important role.Middle school students are the future power of our country, their physical and mental health influence not only their studies and lives, but also the quality of the Chinese nation and the national power in the 21th century. But in the examination-oriented educational system, which unilaterally seeks the grades and the proportion of students entering higher schools, the students, feeling overly oppressed, suffer a lot.So, its an urgent need to investigate the condition of physical and mental health of middle school students, to analyze its cause and seek some helpful measures, and to guide them to set up a healthy way of life. These principles are one part of the strategies, set by the CPC, of constructing a strong socialist nation, the Party has pointed out in "On the Decision of Deepening Educational Reform and Putting Forward the Quality-Oriented Education" that health education should be placed in the most important position in schools.Through literature views, a conclusion can be made that, at present, the domestic researches on health education are focused on the thoughts, contents and values. Most of the researches are carried out in universities, fewer is in middle schools. In fact, the investigation of the current conditions of middle school health education has important theoretical and practical values in understanding the middle school health education and absolving the problems for the educational organizaticns, schools and teachers.Therefore, based or a great number of literature reviews, this paper employs questionnaires, on-the spot interview, mathematical statistic approach and logical deductive approach, etc to have a research on the health education of the key middle schools in Shandong province. Here, the author draws the following tentative conclusions:1. In Shandong province, the health education hasn’t been paid much attention to yet, few schools have set the leading office for health education and the leading personnel have less authority. To some degree, the emphasis on health education is greatly influenced by the level of economic development.2. In Shandong province, some key middle schools haven’t set teaching plans of health education and they haven’t brought them into the syllabus. Though some of them arrange the health education course on the schedule, the phenomena of being vacant and occupied are very serious.3. In Shandong province, various forms and means of health education in the key schools are employed, such as ’Health Education’, ’P.E.’, ’Biology’, instead of the activities of educational practice. This is a process of passive impartment of knowledge from the teachers, which is also a reflection of the characters concerning the health education in Shandong province: emphasizing the theory ignoring the practice.4. In Shandong province, most of the teachers who teach healtheducation are taking part-time jobs, and they have low diplomas and low titles of professional post; they are not proficient in professional work. So, the structure of the teacher is urgent to be made better.5. In Shandong provincial key middle schools, there are no identical teaching contents of he health education. However, most schools have chosen the similar contents, among which ’the Human Biologic Anatomy’. ’P. E. Activities of Hygienic knowledge’. ’The Healthy Education in Adolescent Period’ have taken the high rate.6. In general, students in the key middle schools have high quality of health knowledge. Due to the different areas, schools and sex, the students have much more difference in the following aspects: the health knowledge of key middle school students
