【摘要】 经济全球化日益成为今天世界经济发展的根本特征和不可抗拒的时代潮流，正在深刻地影响着世界经济和各国经济。在进一步对外开放，融入经济全球化大潮的进程中，中国国家经济安全问题日益突出。本文正是基于这一背景将经济全球化的负面影响与中国国家经济安全的关系作为研究对象，力求探寻经济全球化时代中国国家经济安全的内涵，在经济全球化中实现中国国家利益的最大化，从根本上维护中国国家经济安全。 围绕以上基本思路，论文分为三个部分： 第一部分：经济全球化与中国国家经济安全概述。 在这个部分，论文对经济全球化和中国国家经济安全的内涵进行了界定。通过对经济全球概念、动因的探讨，自然引出了经济全球化这一客观趋势包含国家经济安全的命题。通过对国家经济安全内涵的界定，在结合中国对外开放，融入经济全球化这一背景的基础上，概括出中国国家经济安全的内涵。 第二部分：经济全球化对中国国家经济安全的主要挑战。 在这个部分，论文紧扣住中国国家经济安全的内涵，从经济主权、经济发展战略、经济结构调整与优化、经济全局稳定四个方面分析了经济全球化对中国国家经济安全的主要挑战。 第三部分：迎接经济全球化挑战，维护中国国家经济安全的对策思考。 在这个部分，针对经济全球化对中国经济主权、经济发展战略、经济结构调整与优化、经济全局稳定的挑战引发的国家经济安全问题，论文在坚持谋求全球经济普遍安全的前提下，提出了相应的对策思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Economic globalisation, which more and more becomes fundamental character of world economy and irresistible tendency of the day, is creating deep influences on world economy and all national economies. During the course of opening to the outside world and entering economic globalisation, Chinese national economic security more and more manifests itself. In view of such specific background, this article takes the relation between the negative influences of economic globalisation and Chinese national economic security as the object of study and aims at looking into the essence of Chinese national economic security in times of economic globalisation, realizing maximization of Chinese national interest and defending Chinese national economic security.In view of above basic thinking, the thesis consists of three sections.Section One: The brief accounts on economic globalisation and Chinese national economic security.In this part, the article discusses the intensions on economic globalisation and Chinese national economic security. By way of discussing the concept and forming causes of the economic globalisation, draw naturally the conclusion that the economic globalisation which is a objective trend contains national economic security. By way of discussing the concept of national economic security, the thesis generalizes the concept of Chinese national economic security on the basis of combining with the fact that China is opening-up to the world outside and entering the course of economic globalisation.Section Two: The main Challenges of economic globalisation to Chinese national economic security.In this part, around the concept of Chinese national economic security, the thesis takes up the main challenges of economic globalisation to Chinese national economic security from four aspects, such as Chinese economic sovereignty, Chinese economic developing strategy, the regulation and optimisation of Chinese economic structure, the overall stability of Chinese economy.Section Three: Thoughts of the countermeasures on how to meet the challenges of economic globalisation and defend Chinese national economic security.In this part, around the concept, the thesis provides appropriate countermoves to Chinese national economic security problems which are aroused by the challenge from economic globalisation to Chinese economic sovereignty, Chinese economic developing strategy, the regulation and optimisation of Chinese economic structure, the overall stability of Chinese economy.更多还原
