企业产品的数字化研究与应用

【摘要】 锅炉作为一种热能动力设备,在国民经济领域具有广泛的用途。循环流化床锅炉(CFB,Circulating fluidized Bed Boiler)燃烧技术是一项近20年来发展起来的燃煤技术。它具有燃料适应性广、燃烧效率高、氮氧化物排放低、负荷调节比大和负荷调节快等突出优点。而它的设计开发方法不同于一般的机械产品,它除了完全按照订单生产,要求供货期短及设计工作量大以外,还涉及到热工、机械、流体力学、结构力学、耐火材料及环境保护等多门学科,传统的设计方法无法适应激烈的市场竞争,因此迅速改变旧模式,提高设计制造及管理水平,成为企业当务之急。本课题就以循环流化床发电和热水系列锅炉为研究对象,以Solidworks为开发平台,进行锅炉产品的数字化研究。 本文详细介绍了数字化技术、循环流化床的技术背景、国内外现状以及数字化技术的发展趋势。并以Solidworks为三维设计开发平台,在Visual C++6.0开发环境下对系统开发的技术路线、开发原则和主要技术进行了探讨、阐述了锅炉三维标准件库的基本原理和体系结构,在此基础上建立了锅炉三维标准零件库和装配件库,同时本文还对标准件库的设置和维护进行了研究。

【Abstract】 Boiler is one kind of motivity equipment of heat energy and it has extensive use in the field of country economy. Combustion technology of circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFB) is a kind of coal-burning technology which developped very fast in the past twenty years. It has extrude merit of wide applicability to fuel, high efficiency of burning, low letting of oxidenitrogen .great radio of charge regulation and rapid charge regulation. But the method of design and exploitation of CFB is different of common manufacture. Beside the characters that it is produced according to order form completed. It requests period of feeding goods to be short and worklosd of designing to be greet. It also comes down to many subjects, such as hot project , machine, mechanics of hydromechanics, mechanics of configuration, anti-fire material and environment protection. The traditional ways of design can not adopt drastic market competition, so it is anxious to corporation to change old mode quickly and improve the level of design and management. In this paper, we use the electricity generation and hot water boiler as object of study, and by ways of Solidworks as exploitation flat, we make the study of digitized production of boiler.In this paper we introduced digitized technology particularly, technic background of circulating fluidized bed, status inside and outside in quo and by ways of Solidworks as three dimension exploitation flat, under the exploited environment of Visual C++6.0 we discussed major technology , technology course and exploitation principle and expatiate the ultimatum of library of three dimension standad part and system structure. On the base of it we founded library of three dimension standad part and library of fitting parts of boiler. At the same time , in this paper we also studied the setting and maintenance of library of standad part.
