高温合金构件激光快速成型工艺研究

【摘要】 金属粉末激光烧结成型技术是目前国内外快速成型领域的研究热点。本文介绍了快速成型技术的原理、国内外研究概况及其在金属模具和零件制造中的应用。在国内首先研制成功了覆膜高温合金粉末及其制备工艺,并对其激光烧结成型和后处理工艺进行了系统的实验研究,为该项技术的工程化应用打下了基础。 本文主要研究内容为: (1)选择合适的包覆材料体系,对钼粉的包覆工艺进行了优化实验,在此基础上开发了适合于激光烧结成型用覆膜高温合金粉末材料; (2)通过激光烧结成型实验,运用正交实验方法,系统地研究了烧结工艺参数对成型质量的影响关系,在此基础上确定了覆膜高温合金粉末最佳烧结成型工艺参数; (3)对激光成型件进行了后处理工艺实验,得到了优化的后处理工艺规程,并制作了合格的后处理样件。

【Abstract】 The research of metal powder laser sintering is a hot topic in rapid prototyping technology area. In this paper, the principle of rapid prototyping technology has been introduced, and its general survey on international researching and application of producing metal molds or parts has been presented. Under the background of correlative research project, the method of Selective Laser Sintering has been used in the researching work. Polymer-coated high-temperature alloy powder have been first developed successfully in our nation. The laser sintering and post-treatment process of high-temperature alloy parts have been systematically studied, which lay the foundation for its engineering application.The researching work include three aspects:1) After selecting primary material system, the polymer coating process were optimized. The polymer-coated high-temperature alloy powder has been developed on the basis.2) Based on sintering and orthogonal experiments, the influence of the prototyping elements on prototyping properties have been initially studied, and the optimal prototyping parameters of this material has been obtained finally.3) Post-treatment process experiments were conducted, the flowing process of post-treatment has been put forward. A qualified part were prepared finally.
