基于组件的智能HRMS研究与开发

【摘要】 本文论述了人力资源管理系统的发展、特点及研究现状,运用MVC模式,构建了人力资源管理系统的体系结构,采用组件和中间件技术,建立了系统组件模型,研究了以J2EE为平台的基于组件的平台化智能人力资源管理系统。以软件工程理论为指导,应用UML、EJB、JSP、Servlet、Java等多种计算机新技术,对人力资源管理系统进行了开发。该系统充分体现了面向对象的思想,并将业务流程组件化,而不仅是用户界面组件化。 同时,系统以提供人力资源供给预测为目的,研究了决策支持系统、数据仓库及数据挖掘技术并应用到人力资源管理系统中,建立了人力资源供给预测数据仓库。以此为基础,采用数据挖掘技术中的马尔科夫转移矩阵分析方法,结合人力资源管理理论,给出了人力资源供给预测模型,对人力资源供给进行预测。马尔科夫预测模型的应用,不仅提高了传统决策支持系统的决策能力,而且避免了人为预测人力资源供给的主观性,提供了人力资源供给预测科学的理论依据。

【Abstract】 In the paper, discussing the history and the characteristic about the human resource management and the status of the human resource management system presently, the frame of the system is designed by means of the MVC patterns, the model based on component is established by exerting the component and the intermediate technology , and the intelligent human resource management system based on J2EE flat roof and component technology is studied . According to the software engineering theory, the system of the human resource management is developed, to which the UML, EJB, JSP, Servlet, Java and other new computer technologies have been applied. The system indicates the idea of object-oriented completely, and realizes the operation flow based on component, not only just the interface of users based on component.At the same time, in order to forecast the human resource supply, the decision-making system, data warehouse and data mining technology are studied and applied to the human resource management system, and the human resource supply data warehouse is established. According to the human resource theory, applying the Markov algorithm on the basis of the establishing data warehouse, the human resource supply-forecasting model is put forward. By making use of the forecasting model, the human resource supply can be forecasted effectively, and it is showed that the model not only improves the decision-making ability of traditional decision-making system, but also avoids the subjectivity, and provides the scientific theory basis while forecasting the human resource supply.
