管状产品尺寸在线检测技术研究

【摘要】 传统的对管状产品的检测方法是利用千分尺等工具手工测量,测量周期长、准确度不高且受人为因素影响大,不能满足批量生产的在线检测要求。为此,本文根据所研究管状产品的生产线结构,提出了一种以线扫描CCD摄像机为基础的在线检测方法并对此方法进行仿真计算。 文章首先介绍了管状产品的生产线结构,根据生产线结构设计了系统检测方案,并详细说明了检测系统各部分的组成;其次对管状产品形状仿真、管状产品在生产线上滚动仿真、线阵CCD检测弦长仿真、尺寸检测算法——圆的最小二乘法进行了研究;最后重点对所提出的尺寸检测方法进行仿真计算并对仿真计算结果进行分析。
【Abstract】 Manual measure tools, such as micrometer were used to measure outside and inside diameter of tube product, which is effected by people factor and has long measuring period and low precision and dose not fulfill the on-line measuring need of batch production .So, according to the product line structure of tube product, The on-line measuring method with linear CCD is brought forward in this article and imitating operation is done by the mentioned method.Firstly, Product line structure of tube product is introduced. Systemic measure scheme is designed on the basis of product line structure and every component of measuring system is specified. Secondly, tube product shape imitating ,rolling imitating of on-line tube product ,measuring the chordlength imitating with CCD and dimension measure arithmetic-circle leastsquare estimation are finished. Lastly, according to mentioned dimension measuring method ,imitating operation and the result of imitating operation are emphatically analyzed.
