【摘要】 本文以山东省博兴县作为研究地域，在生态学、生态经济学和可持续发展理论的指导下，借鉴国内外生态农业建设的实践经验，在对博兴县进行充分调查研究的基础上，提出博兴县生态农业建设的主要模式，最后指出生态农业建设的措施与对策。全文分为五个部分。 1．综述部分首先说明生态农业和生态农业模式的概念，然后介绍生态农业的理论基础和基本原理，简述国外、国内生态农业的兴起和发展过程，最后指出本研究的意义。 2．博兴县生态农业建设的条件与现状分析，从正反两个方面对人们的生态农业意识、生态农业环境状况、生态农业建设现状、生态农业建设服务体系进行了分析。 3．博兴县生态农业建设的主要模式是本研究的主体部分。首先，对现有的生态农业模式类型作简要说明，并对博兴县生态农业建设可供借鉴的主要模式进行述评；第二，提出了六个选择和设计生态农业模式应遵循的原则；第三，建立指标体系，利用SPSS软件的聚类分析功能将博兴县分为四个生态农业建设区，并根据农业现状特点对各分区予以命名；第四，逐个分析各分区影响生态农业模式的基本背景，在此基础上选择和设计出几种应当重点推广的生态农业模式；最后，根据博兴县农业发展的现状、生态农业建设的要求和农业发展的形势，对博兴县农业结构的变化做出预测，以此为基础，对粮田、棉田、菜田、渔业生产区推广生态农业模式的经济效益进行粗略估计，然后总体上对生态农业模式推广的生态效益和社会效益加以评述。 4．博兴县生态农业建设的措施与对策也是本研究的主要内容。要成立强有力的组织保障机构，加强对这项工作的领导和协调；对大多数干部群众来说，生态农业还是新生事物，要加强宣传和教育培训，迅速提高他们的认识水平和技术水平；不仅县要有规划，乡镇、村也要有规划，并要按规划组织实施；生态农业模式的推广是一项长期的工作，要循序渐进，一般应采取先试点、成功后再推广的办法；要完善生态农业建设的技术服务体系，指导生态农业建设，解决生产过程中遇到的技术问题；要建立多渠道投入机制，确保生态农业建设必要的资金需求；要加大污染治理和植树造林力度，努力改善农业生态环境；大力发展农产品加工业，壮大龙头企业实力，增强其带动能力，促进生态农业建设向规模化、产业化方向发展。 5．结语部分首先指出本研究希望达到的目的和存在的问题，然后展望博兴县生态农业建设的美好前景。 本文对博兴县及其它同类地区的生态农业建设具有重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Boxing county of Shandong province is the region of the study. Under the guidance of theories of ecology, ecological economics and sustainable development and on the basis of abundant investigations to Boxing county, it uses domestic and international practical experience of eco-agricultural construction for reference, and then puts forward the main models of eco-agricultural construction of Boxing county, and points out the measures and countermeasures of eco-agricultural construction finally. The thesis is divided into five parts.1 .The survey part explains the concepts of eco-agriculture and eco-agricultural model at first, and then introduces the theoretical basis and basic principles of eco-agriculture, and sketches the rise and evolution process of foreign and domestic eco-agriculture, and points out meaning of the study finally.2.The condition and current situation analysis of eco-agricultural construction of Boxing county analyses people’s consciousness of eco-agriculture and environmental status of eco-agriculture and actuality of eco-agricultural construction and service system of eco-agricultural construction from two positive and negative respects.3.The main models of eco-agricultural construction of Boxing county are a principal part of the thesis. First of all, it briefs existing types of eco-agricultural model, and reviews main models, which are suitable for eco-agricultural construction of Boxing county; Second, it puts forward six principles which should be followed when we choose and design eco-agricultural models; Third, it sets up an index system, and utilizes the function of clustering of SPSS software to divide Boxing county into four areas of eco-agriculture construction, and names each subarea according to characteristic of agricultural actuality; Fourth, it analyzes the basic background of each subarea which influences eco-agricultural models, and then chooses and designs a few eco- agricultural models that should be popularized especially on this basis; Finally, according to the actuality of agricultural development of Boxing county and requests of eco-agricultural construction and position of agricultural development, it makes a prediction on the changeof the agricultural structure of Boxing county, and on the basis it estimates the economic benefit of popularizing the eco-agricultural models in the grain field, cotton field, field of vegetables, fish production area roughly, and then comments to ecological benefit and social benefit that the eco-agricuitural models are popularized generally.4.The measures and countermeasures of eco-agricultural construction of Boxing county are also the main content of the thesis. A powerful organization should be established to strengthen leading and coordination. To most cadres and masses, eco-agriculture is still the new things, so their level of understanding and technological level should be improved rapidly by strengthening propaganda and education and training. Not only the county should have a plan, but also should each villages and towns, village have own plan, and eco-agriculture should be organized and implemented according to the plan. The popularization of the eco-agricultural models is a long-term job, so it should follow in order and advance step by step, and should generally adopt the method of launching a pilot project first, popularizing after succe’eding. The technological service system of eco-agricultural construction should be perfected to guide the eco-agricultural construction and to solve the technological problems met in the production process. An investment mechanism through many channels should be set up to guarantee the essential fund demand of eco-agricultural construction. The strength of pollution control and afforestation should be increased to improve the agricultural ecological environment. Boxing county should develop processing industry of agricultural products energetically, and strengthen the leading enterprises’ strength to strengthen their drive ability, so that the eco-agricultural constru更多还原
