论创新能力的整合培养

On the Integrative Training for Innovative Ability

【摘要】 对创新能力研究,大都没有涉及创新精神培养与创新能力提升关系范畴的研究,更不能从创新品质培养中提升出一种人格化的创新能力,轻视社会性因素对创新能力的影响,即使涉及到社会环境对创新能力发展给予影响的研究,也未能从社会因素通过对主体个性因素内化作用中提升主体的创新能力;从创新能力培养来看,创新人才培养确实存在对创新能力内涵缺乏整合视角的科学理解,在培养实践中缺乏整合培养的观念、目标、机制和氛围。本文拟从整合视角在总结前人研究成果以及实践经验基础上,运用历史的方法,比较的方法,综合的方法,从创新能力内涵分析入手,再分析创新能力成因,最后,得出自己的创新能力培养思路。创新能力的整合培养是对时代挑战的回应。创新是指主体为了达到一定的目的,创造出符合社会意义的具有独创性或者革新性的产品活动。“独创性”和“革新性”是创新的本质内涵。创新能力是指创新主体从事创新活动所具备的能力整合体。创新能力是主体创新思维能力与创新智力化能力和人格化能力的内在整合体。它包括创新思维能力、创新智力化能力、创新人格化能力。①创新思维能力是核心,②创新智力化能力是基础和手段,③创新人格化的能力是动力和方向。这三者相互联系,相互依存,相互转化、相互提升、共同构成一个能力整合体。创新能力在创新过程中表现为一个动态结构。①发现问题的能力;②明确问题的能力;③阐述问题的能力;④组织问题的能力;⑤解决问题的能力。在动态结构中实质上是创新思维、创新智力、创新人格的组合而成的外化形态。创新能力是创新主体创新个性因素与创新社会因素内在整合发展的结果,①主体创新个性因素的内在整合是创新能力发展的内因。②主体创新社会因素的内在整合是创新能力发展的外因。③创新能力是创新个性因素和创新社会性因素的内在整合。创新能力的培养思路是全面推行创新能力的一 整合培养。①创新能力整合培养观。②创新知识整合化。③创新能力培养内容整合 化。④创新手段的网络化。⑤创新能力的评价整合化。③创新能力的培养方法多元 化。①创新环境整合化。③自我塑造和社会塑造有机结合。

【Abstract】 The research on innovative ability has never touched upon the category of the relationship between the training for innovative spirit and the promotion of innovative ability. It pays little attention to the study of innovation quality, and cannot promote the innovative ability in personification from the cultivation of innovation quality. Even if it touches upon that of social environment on the development of innovative ability, it could not promote innovative ability of the subject from the inner effects that social factors take through personal factors of the subject. In the training of innovative ability, it lacks an interactively scientific understanding of the connotation of innovative ability, and is also wanting in sense, aim, system and atmosphere for integrative training. The thesis aims at studying innovative ability and it’s training interactively. Based on the summary of what pioneers have achieved and the analysis of the practices, in the historical point of view, the thesis begins with the analysis of its connotation, and goes on with the cause of its formation, and finally goes to the opinion on how to cultivate innovative ability by the means of comparison and comprehension. Innovation refers to the activity that human being in order to get certain goals one person creates certain original or reformative products which are of social significance. The connotation of innovation by nature is originality and reformulate. The integrative training for innovative ability responses new era’s challenge. Innovative ability means the integration of the abilities that the subject possesses in the activity of creation. It is the inner integration of creativities hi intellection, intelligence and personification. Creativity in intellection is the core; creativity in intelligence is the basis as well as the method;creativity in personification is the motivation as well as the direction. They relate to each other, depend on each other, transform into each other, and promote from each other. Together they make up the integration of abilities, hi the process of creation, innovation ability takes the form of dynamic state: ability of discovering problems, ability of definition problems, ability of explaining problems, ability of organizing problems, and ability of solving problems. In dynamic state, it is by nature the exterior of creative intellection, creative intelligence and creative personification. Innovative ability is the result of the inner integrative development of the subject’s personal and the social factors: First, the inner cause of the inner integration of personal factors, Second, the outer cause of the inner integration of social factors; Innovative ability result, from the inner integration of the social and personal factors. Integrative training for innovative ability is the comprehensive way of cultivating the innovative ability: (1) integrative sense of the training; (2) integration of innovative knowledge’s; (3) integration of the contents of cultivating the ability. (4) the use of network; (5) integration of the evaluation of innovative ability; (6) the localization of ways of cultivating the ability; (7) integration of innovative environment;(8)The organic combination of self- training and social training.
