城域森林资源信息管理新模式研究

【摘要】 城域森林资源信息管理是森林资源业务与信息资源管理的融合,是对城域森林资源管理过程中信息的构建、获取、组织、存储、加工与利用,并控制其符合可持续发展目标的全过程管理。目前主要应用信息获取技术、分布式数据处理技术、数据库技术、计算机网络技术和计算机组件技术实现城域森林资源信息的集成化管理。 城域森林资源信息管理以森林这个自然对象为管理对象,在地理上的分布以及它的属性均可借鉴数字地球的基本思想,在林业信息基础设施上予以表达,从而为可持续发展服务,为“数字中国”添砖加瓦,而其自身必将从数字地球的超高级集成形态中受益。因此,本论文将研究内容定位于城域森林资源信息管理新模式的研究,有着其重要的理论和实际意义。它以数字地球为总体指导框架,从数字地球的现有研究基础上受益并得到启发,最终建立将森林资源信息集成到数字地球之中的应用框架。 现代城域森林资源信息管理,应根据森林资源信息处理的特点,以哲学、信息学、管理学、经济学、系统论等科学理论为指导,利用科学技术提供的分析利用信息的手段,在管理目标约束下,完成各种信息的综合、动态管理。 现代城域森林资源信息管理是建立在森林资源信息网络管理平台的基础上,综合运用3S技术,现代通信技术、信息技术及网络技术,充分利用现有的硬件、软件及各类数据库资源(包括图形和属性数据)的共享,合理规划建设,实现对森林资源、病虫害监控、城市林业规划、森林防火、林政管理等业务的综合管理。 城域森林资源信息管理的系统集成是一个综合的概念,它需要应用信息技术等多种高新技术。本文以MapInfo软件和Visual Foxpro为平台,以Powerbuilder为开发语言,并利用OLE/ODBC技术和“3S”技术进行系统集成,同时采用C/S与B/S结合的方式完成城域森林资源属性数据和图形数据的分析与应用。

【Abstract】 The information management of urban and suburb forestry resource is the merger of forestry resource operation and the information resource management. It provides the construction, capture, organization, storage, machining and utilization of information in the process of management of urban and suburb forestry resource management. And it controls the whole processing management coincident with the sustainable development objects. At present the integrate management of urban and suburb forestry resource information is realized by the application of information capture technology, distributing data disposing technology, database technology, computer network technology and computer module technology.The information management of urban and suburb forestry resource takes the nature for the research object. The geographic distribution and and it’s attribution can use the digital earth for reference. The information management of urban and suburb forestry resource is expressed on the basis of forestry information foundation establishment. Consequently it services for the sustainable development and contribute to the digital china. And it benefit from the digital earth’s super integration. Therefore the essay positions in the research of the new model of the information management of urban and suburb forestry resource and it has important significance. It takes the digital earth for the whole guidance infrastructure and benefits and gains suggestion from the present research basis of digital earth. Ultimately the application infrastructure in the integration of forestry resource information and digital earth is established.The information management of modem urban and suburb forestry resource is guided on the basis of philosophy, information, management, economic and system discussion on the basis of forestry resource information treatment. Under the obligation of management object it utilizes the analyse tools of science technology and fulfills kinds of information’s integer and dynamic management.The information management of modem urban and suburb forestry resource is based on the forestry resource information network management flat. It integrates with "3S" technology, modern communication technology, information technology and network technology. On the same time, it fully shares the existing hardware, software and kinds of database resource(includes graphs and attribute data). We should construct and program reasonably. Ultimately we will realize the integrated operation management of forestry resource, plant desease and insect pests watching, urban forestry programming, forestry fireproofing and forestry policy management.The system integration of urban and suburb forestry resource information management is an synthesized conception. It requires the application of many kinds of information technology. The essay used the soft of mapinfo and visual foxpro dababase for the platform. It takes powerbuilder for the development language and it utilizes the ole/odbc technology and "3S "technology for the system integration. On the same time, it adopts the C/S and B/S unite mode to fulfill the analyze and application of urban and suburb forestry resource’s attribute data and graphics data.
