猪场废水厌氧消化及后处理技术研究

【摘要】 针对猪场废水有机污染物浓度高、难处理的现状,本文采用厌氧消化与好氧后处理相结合的组合工艺,系统考察了厌氧消化时间对厌氧消化程度的影响,厌氧消化液的多种改善处理措施对好氧后处理效果的影响。在此基础上,明确了“厌氧消化+添加原污水改善消化液+SBR”的组合技术路线,并对猪场废水处理进行了稳定的初试运行。实验结果表明: 随着对猪场废水厌氧消化时间的延长,COD去除率明显增加,但NH4+-N去除效果反而愈差;同时,厌氧消化液的可生化性逐渐降低,pH值降至6.0以下,可能对厌氧消化液的好氧后处理产生不良影响。 采用SBR工艺直接处理猪场废水厌氧消化液,处理效果较差,远不能满足排放标准。通过向厌氧消化液中添加一定比例的原水,后处理效果可得到明显改善,NH4+-N和COD的去除率可达到99.6%和86.5%,且经济可行。添加FeSO4、NaOH和Na2S等进行后处理,虽然对NH4+-N的去除效果有所改善,但总体处理效果不理想,且COD去除率竟出现负增长现象。 向厌氧消化液中投加猪场原水较适宜的比例为30%,使混合液BOD5/TN比值达2.23的适宜水平,可生化性(BOD5/COD)从0.19提高到0.39~0.50,在此条件下,COD和MH4+-N的去除均可达到87.4%和98.0%,大大提高处理出水水质。 本文创新地提出了在猪场废水厌氧消化液中直接添加原污水以改善厌氧消化液的可生化性,提高好氧后处理效果,并初步建立了一条可行的处理猪场废水的厌氧-好氧组合工艺。研究方法与初步结论对于同类研究和生产实践均具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 We always face the problem to solve the problem that is waste water from piggery is difficult to treat due to it has higher organic waste contained in it, in this paper will adapt anaerobic digestion and aerobic digestion process, observed the renting time influence the degree of the anaerobic digestion , different treatment process for influent of anaerobic digester treatment influence aerobic digestion effect, base on this , make sure to use the anaerobic digestion + adding influent waste water+ SBR integrated technology process, and also put this process into the poggery waste water treatment, after experiment, get the result as following:The longer rentation time of anaerobic digestion of piggery waste water, the rate of COD removed is higher , but the worse effect of NH4-N removed , meanwhile the influent of waste water ,and degrade the waste , organic fermentation, when PH value lower than 6.0, it maybe impact treatment effect after the anaerobic digestion .Adapting SBR process to treat effluent from piggery waste anaerobic digestion directly,the effect become worse, can not reach the discharge standard ,through adding ration effluent, can improve greatly rear treatment, NH4 and COD removed rate can reach 93.7% and 89.0% prospectively. and economy is feasible . if adding FeSO4 NaoH AND Na2S into rear treatment process, even it can improve effect of NH4-N removed , but whole treatment effect is not ideal, the rate of COD removed will decreaseAdding 30%-50% influent piggery waste into anaerobic digester will be suitable , and the value of BOD /TN in mixture liquid will be -3.80, and ration of BOD/COD will increase from 0.19 to 0.39-0.50, under this condition, the rate of COD and NH4-N removed both can reach 92.2%and 98.2%, it increase the water quality of effluent.This paper put forward innovatively to adding piggery waste water into anaerobic digestion to improve ratio of BOD/COD , further to improve aerobic digestion effect, and set up preliminary process for piggery waste treatment, such as anaerobic +aerobic process, the research method and conclusion have reference value for further research and practice.
