区域旅游商品研究

【摘要】 随着旅游业的飞速发展,旅游商品已经成为旅游业中的一个重要组成部分。发展旅游商品不仅能推动经济的发展,更重要的是能否最大限度吸引旅游者购物已成为衡量一个国家旅游业发达程度高低的标志。 区域旅游商品是旅游商品与地方性、民族性及旅游区(点)的结合体,是区域旅游经济的经营重点。加快其发展,能产生良好的社会—经济—生态效益、促进旅游业的迅速发展,更好地为区域经济发展服务。区域旅游商品的灵魂是区域文化特征,因而开展对区域旅商品开发的系统研究,为其设计、生产、经营及管理提供超前性指导具有重大意义。 本文从便于区域旅游商品开发的角度出发,对区域旅游商品及其相关概念的界定作了初步探讨,同时分析了区域旅游商品的类型、特征及其开发原则,对其开发的理论基础、开发原则及发展环境进行了初步的研究;将旅游资源学、市场营销学、心理学、美学、广告学、经济学等学科应用于其开发中,提出了区域旅游商品的开发模式,并设计了32种创新开发区域旅游商品的新途径;以南岳衡山为例,对衡山旅游商品开发的条件和现状进行了深入细致的调查和分析,就如何遵循以“资源为基础,市场为导向”的原则拓宽开发思路进行了深入探讨,并提出加快衡山旅游商品开发的“1231”模式。

【Abstract】 Along with the rapid development of tourism trade. Tourism commodity has become a most important part of it. The development of tourism commodity not only can promote the development of economy, but above all, it is a signal of the degree of a country’s tourism development.Region tourism commodity is a combination of tourism commodity, region, nationality, and special tourism point .And it’s the management emphasis of region tourism economy. Hastening its developing can benefits for society, economy and ecology. Furthermore, the develpment also improve the tourism, and serve for the region tourism economy more effeciantly. The soul of region tourism commodity is region cultural specialities. Therefore, it is very important to carry out a system studies on region tourism commodity .which can instruct the design, producing and management.This thesis probes about the region tourism commodity and its relevanced concept’s verge on the angle of developing region tourism commodity. And it makes an assay of the types, features, exploiting principle, theory basic, and circumstances. It applys a series of subjects as tourism resource, marketing, psychology, aesthetics, advertisement, economics, etc. It points out the exploration model and designs 32 new methods of developing region tourism commodity. It looks into and analyses detailedly conditions of developing tourism commodity of Hengshan Moutain. It studies deeply on the principle of resource as basis, market as guide and broadens developing views and it shows a mode named 1231 for promoting tourism commodity in Hengshan moutain.
