企业资源计划（ERP）的应用研究

【摘要】 在知识经济时代，信息化成为全球经济发展的主导方向。入世后中国企业为在国际竞争的环境下求得生存和发展，必须树起管理信息化的大旗。十六大报告进一步提出“走新型工业化的道路，以信息化带动工业化”，无疑为企业管理信息化提供了新的契机。ERP作为信息化管理的一个重要发展阶段，是目前阶段我国企业的首选。 本文在参考国内外理论和实践成果的基础上，系统地介绍了ERP的发展历程、理论及系统构成等，着重分析和探讨了中国企业应用ERP过程中存在的问题，并提出我国企业应用ERP时应采取的若干对策。文章最后对ERP的发展前景进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In knowledge economic time, information becomes to the major leading of the world economy development. After joining into WTO, in order to surviving and developing under competitively international conditions, Chinese enterprises must set up the banner of information management. The report on the 16th National Conference put forward the point of building new industrialization pattern and realizing industrialization following the development of information, which undoubtedly point a new junction to our enterprise’s information management. As an important form of management information system, ERP is now the best choice to Chinese enterprises.On the basic of the research and practice achievements both in domestic and abroad, this article introduces the development of ERP, ERP theory and the constitution of ERP system, and mainly focuses on the problems lie in the application of Chinese enterprises, then put forward some strategies to Chinese enterprises when applying to it. At last, the article looks forward to ERP’s prospective.更多还原
