埋地高分子柔性管的受力形态分析研究

【摘要】 随着管道的发展和高分子材料在管道中的应用,作为一种新型管材,塑料管道正在逐渐替代传统的管道。在水利工程中,塑料管材的应用也很广泛,随着低压管道输水灌溉技术的发展,需要研制出适用于农田管道输水系统的轻型薄壁硬塑料管,以降低管材的造价。 本文对管道受力分析的国内、外发展概况进行了总结,提出改进的方法。应用材料力学、弹性力学的理论和有限元原理,分析了管、土材料的材料性能和应力—应变关系。对埋地高分子柔性管的工作原理,管、土系统共同工作的规律和管道受力形态进行了分析研究。采用有限元分析方法,结合柔性管的特点,将管、土接触面处理与一般分析相结合,考虑各种影响因素,对埋地高分子柔性管的受力形态进行了分析,得出柔性管变形、应力与埋深、壁厚的关系,应力的分布规律,并通过实验与其结果相比较。采用的分析方法合理,计算结果真实可靠。此分析方法可进一步推广到各种埋地柔性管的理论分析,为新型塑料管材的研制、开发提供了可靠的依据。

【Abstract】 With the development of pipe and the use of high-molecule material in the pipe, the plastics pipe is instead of traditional pipe which is made of other material. In the irrigation works, the plastics pipe is used in many areas. With the development of technology of low pressure pipe in the irrigation, we need to manufacture new plastics pipe which is used in the irrigation system.The paper applies theories of material mechanics, elasticity mechanics and finite element analyses method. According to the characteristics of flexible pipe, analyze material natural and relation of stress-strain.It discuss the basic working principle of flexible pipe and law of pipe-solid system.The finite element analyses method has been used in the paper. Think over the boundary condition taken into consideration in general equation, consider the every kind of influence factor with general analysis. The theoretical result shows it comply with the similar law of stress, strain and soil pressure distribution as experimental data. This analyses method can further expand kinds of flexible pipe, and supply the dependable basis for manufacture of new plastics pipe. That added the new content to the theoretical analyses.
