有机/蒙脱土复合贮能材料研究

【摘要】 本文对有机/蒙脱土复合贮能材料的制备方法、结构及性能进行了研究。通过系统的实验取得了如下结果: 1、研究了由钠基蒙脱土制备有机蒙脱土的方法,探索了各种工艺条件对有机蒙脱土离子交换率的影响,并对其机理做出了合理的解释;通过正交化实验确定了最佳制备工艺条件。同时研究了由钙基蒙脱土不经钠化直接制备有机蒙脱土的方法,通过正交化实验确定了其最佳制备工艺条件。对有机蒙脱土的结构进行表征。 2、提出利用插层复合法制备脂肪酸/蒙脱土、石蜡/蒙脱土复合相变贮能材料,对其制备工艺条件进行了系统的研究,利用XRD、IR、DSC等方法对其结构与性能进行了分析与评价。结果表明所得复合贮能材料性能优越,较好地克服了纯相变贮能材料的不足。另对多元醇/蒙脱土复合贮能材料的制备方法及贮能性能也进行了研究。 3、运用DSC对上述复合贮能材料的相变动力学进行了研究,确定了各相变过程的表观活化能值及反应级数。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the preparation , structure and property of organo/monmorillonite composite materials for energy storage were researched. The following results were obtained by series experiments.1. The inflence of process conditions to ion-exchange coeffcient of organo-monmorillonite from Na-monmorillonite was researched and the correct explanation of the mechanism was rendered. With orthogonal experiments, the optimum conditions in preparation of organo-monmorillonite were obtained. The preparation of organo-monmorillonite from Ca-monmorillonite without Na-treating was also researched, the optimum conditions in preparation of organo-monmorillonite were obtained through orthogonal experiments. The structure of organo-monmorillonite was characterized.2. A new method was presented to prepare the composite phase change materials of paraffin and fatty acids for energy storage by intercalated composition. The process conditions were researched and the structure and properties were characterized.by XRD, IR and DSC. The obtained composite materials have good properties which the pure phase change materials didn’t have. The preparation and the property of energy storage of the composite phase change materials for energy storage of polyalcohols were studied.3. Kinetic study of phase change of the composite materials was given by DSC method, the activation energies and the reaction orders of the phase changes in the composite materials were calculated.
