浅埋大跨软弱围岩连拱隧道—黄梅山隧道施工技术探讨

【摘要】 黄梅山隧道是马芜(马鞍山—芜湖)高速公路控制工程,是安徽省在浅埋软弱围岩条件下修建的第一条大跨度双连拱隧道。隧道洞口段埋深浅,且为坡积物和人工弃土覆盖,围岩松散,自承能力差。本论文以黄梅山隧道为研究对象,采用工程类比方法,系统对大跨、浅埋、软弱围岩条件下的双连拱隧道施工技术进行了全面的探讨和深入研究。主要内容为: 1.地表深孔预注浆加固技术的应用; 2.长管棚施工技术的应用; 3.明洞和洞门工程施工技术; 4.连拱隧道三导洞施工技术、中隔墙施工技术探讨; 5.初期支护技术、量测技术的应用; 6.技术结论。

【Abstract】 Huangmeishan Tunnel is the controlling project of Maanshan-Wuhu Expressway, and also the 1st large span twin-arch tunnel constructed under the condition of shallow burying soft surrounding rocks in Anhui Province.The depth buried at the port of the tunnel is shallow,and it is covered with accumulated and disposal soil. Because of the loose surrounding rock,and its poor bearing capacity,the hidden danger of collapse and top ascending is existed. The construction technology of twin-arch tunnel under the condition of large span, low-burying and soft surrounding rock is fully discussed and deeply studied in engineering analogy methed in the paper.with the study subject of Huangmeishan tunnel of Maanshan-wuhu Expressway. The main contents including:1. The application of the technology of pre-grouting for strengthening in deep hole from surface.2. The application of the technology of long pipe shed construction.3. The construction technologies of cave without top fill and tunnel gate.4. The discussion on the technology of T-cave for twin-arch tunnel and middle separated wall.5. The application of supporting technology in early period and surveying technology.6. Summary on technology and comments
