污水处理中溶解氧模糊控制的研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了污水处理控制系统的国内外发展状况;论证了模糊控制系统的实用性;针对污水处理中溶解氧的变化无规律可循的特征,设计了一套以溶解氧浓度为控制对象的模糊控制系统。 整个控制系统由模糊控制器、鼓风曝气系统、变频调速装置和溶解氧测试仪组成。所设计的模糊控制器是一个以AT89C51单片机为核心,引入积分环节的二维模糊控制器。用MATLAB软件离线生成了在控制中起重要作用的模糊控制表;通过对模糊控制器的软硬件的设计、调试和仿真,得到了预期的效果;并对影响其性能的量化因子进行了理论分析。 溶解氧模糊控制系统为污水处理的溶解氧浓度的自动控制提供了一条切实可行的途径。它不仅解决了污水处理中溶解氧浓度数学模型难确立的问题,而且能够克服一般的二维模糊控制器仅有较好的动态特性,而无法消除静态误差的缺陷。

【Abstract】 The development of control system of wastewater disposal at home and abroad was introduced, and the practicability of fuzzy control system was demonstrated. Aiming at the characteristic that dissolved oxygen changes irregularly in wastewater disposal. A suit of fuzzy control system whose control parameter is dissolved oxygen was designed.The control system consists of fuzzy controller, blast and aeration system, frequency control equipment and DO tester. The integration element was introduced into the designed fuzzy controller, and its primary part is the singlechip of Type AT89C51. The fuzzy control table that is of great importance in control was calculated off line with software MATLAB. The anticipative results were obtained via the design and simulation of the controller. In addition, the quantifying genes that influence its performance were analyzed theoretically.The dissolved oxygen fuzzy control system provides an available way for the automatic control for DO in wastewater treatment. It not only can resolve the problem that it is difficult to establish the mathematic model of the dissolved oxygen concentration, but also can overcome the drawback that the general planar controller can’t eliminate the static receiver error, but only has good dynamic characteristic.
