汽车后轿单轴强扭机的研制

Research of Single-axle Screwing Machine of Automobile Rear Axle

【摘要】 本文针对如何有效地对汽车后桥减速器主齿螺母拧紧扭矩进行控制,列出了当前所用到的四种扭矩控制方法,对每一种扭矩控制方法进行了力学分析,并分析了每一种方法的优缺点,在此基础上进行了取舍,选用直接扭矩控制法作为本文所用到的扭矩控制方法。 根据所要拧紧产品的特点以及工艺要求,本文首先进行了强扭机机构部分的设计,并详细叙述了机构每个零部件的工作原理,它可以满足力封闭的要求以及拧紧工艺的要求。随后,在电气设计部分根据机构部分动作的要求,进行了I/O电路、直流电源电路以及电机控制电路的设计。最后,在软件设计部分采用了DLL方法实现了对工控机的多功能卡中接口控制函数的调用,详细论叙了软件模块的划分以及各个模块的实现,并给出了简洁的人机界面。

【Abstract】 The paper lists four methods of controlling torque according to how to control the torque of the automobile final drive of rear axle’s main gear. It analyses mechanics respectively. It analyses merits and flaws of each method of controlling torque. Direct controlling torque is selected on this paper on the basis of analysis.The paper first does mechanical design works according to the characters and process-demand of the product screwed. At the same time, it discusses the operating principle of parts. The machine can meet the demand of strength unloaded and screwing process. Then we design I/O circuit, direct current circuit and motor-control circuit with operating movement of the machine. Finally ,we realize to call interface function of multi-function card by DLL. The paper discusses how the software modal is divided and realized in detail. Some succinct interfaces are showed on the paper too.
