基于Profibus-PA现场总线接口技术的研究与开发

【摘要】 本课题来源于机械工业部仪器仪表综合技术经济研究所与PROFIBUS现场总线基金会的合作开发项目:PROFIBUS PA接口技术的研究与开发,是该课题的一个子课题。本课题的主要任务是研究PROFIBUS PA总线通信协议,设计符合PROFIBUS PA通信协议的智能接口模块,设计无刷无位置传感器电机变频控制系统,将电机变频控制系统与PROFIBUS PA总线相连,实现总线对电机转速的控制。 PROFIBUS现场总线是现今在工业过程控制领域用的最为广泛的现场总线,应用领域包括制造业自动化,流程工业自动化,楼宇自动化,交通电力甚至食品,化工等领域。在国际上,已经有上百家企业生产品种繁多PROFIBUS总线产品,在国内,用户也非常欢迎PROFIBUS总线产品,在国内也有一些企业开发PROFIBUS DP接口产品,但还没有一家企业自己能够开发并提供PROFIBUS PA总线产品,所以现在国内市场上的PROFIBUS PA总线接口产品都是由国外引进的,价格昂贵,因此本课题的研究是及时填补了一种有极大市场潜力的研究领域,对自动化控制领域技术进步和缩小与国外技术水平的差距,具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 This paper is origin cf "Research and Development on the Profibus_PA Fieldbus Interface", carried on by Machinery Industry Beijing Instrument Technology and Economical Institute and supported by National Science Committee special fund. This project mainly research and develop on the technology of Profibus_PA Fieldbus interface and design an interface according to Profibus_PA protocol.Now. Profibus fieldbus is the most popular fieldbus in industry procedure controlling area. Its application area not only includes manufacturing automation, Flow_Industry automation , floor_building automation , traffic and electric power automation, but also includes food processing and chemical automation. In the world, more than hundred countries had developed a lot of varieties Profibus fieldbus products, but in China, to this day, no corporation or institute can develop and provide Profibus_PA fieldbus product by themselves. So, in our country, all of the Profibus fieldbus products in the market are imported and very expensive. Under this background, the research in my paper fills up a blank in our country in developing Profibus fieldbus products area, the research should accelerate the development in the automatically control area and reduce the different between our country and foreign country in technology.
