基于计算机视觉的活塞环闭口间隙测量系统研究

【摘要】 本论文中利用计算机视觉理论、图像处理理论和数学知识,研究了基于计算机视觉的活塞环闭口间隙测量系统。论文中叙述了测量系统的构架及硬件选择,然后对各种图像增强方法和图像边缘检测算法进行了理论研究和实验比较,根据本测量系统的特点选用了合适的算法。同时,根据活塞环本身几何参数的特点,推导出了活塞环各个参数之间的关系。另外,文中也给出了本测量系统的标定方法,对图像边缘实现了亚象元定位,分析了影响测量精度的各种因素并给出了处理办法。最后根据实验数据,对测量系统的精度进行了分析。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the measurement system of the piston ring end gap based on the computer vision is studied by using the theory of the computer vision, the theory of the image processing and the mathematics knowledge. The paper describes the framework of the measurement system and the choice of the hardware. Then many kinds of the image enhancement methods and the image edge detection algorithms are theoretically researched and experimentally compared. The appropriate algorithm is chosen based on the characteristic of the measurement system. In the same time, the relationship of the piston ring parameter is deduced based on the characteristic of the piston ring’s geometry parameter. In addition, the paper gives the calibration method of the measurement system, implements the sub-pixel orientation to the image edge, analyses all kinds of factors that affect the measurement precision and gives the solution. At last, the precision of the measurement system is analyzed based on the experimental data.
