1MC—70型地膜回收起茬机铲刀起膜、起茬性能及牵引阻力的研究

【摘要】 发展残膜回收机是治理残膜污染,保护作物生长环境的有效途径。本文针对1MC—70型地膜回收起茬机起膜、起茬铲刀在作业中阻力大,残膜、根茬有漏起的现象,通过对作物收获后残膜、根茬在田间分布情况的分析,推导出铲刀满足生产要求主要参数的求取方法和公式,并经理论分析和试验研究,确定了铲刀对玉米茬地进行起膜、起茬时主要参数的取值范围和减小牵引阻力各参数的取值规律。以铲刀作用下土壤的运动变形为基础,建立了铲刀牵引阻力模型。砂质壤土中的试验表明,铲刀主要参数对牵引阻力的影响规律与理论推导结果相近。通过多副铲刀的对比试验,选取出对玉米茬地进行起膜、起茬作业时,性能良好,牵引阻力较小的铲刀。试验研究表明在砂质壤土中铲刀作业速度与牵引阻力成指数关系。

【Abstract】 The mechanical collection of the plastic film residue is one of the effective ways to prevent contamination from plastic film residue and protect the ecological environment. Aiming at the defects of the IMC-70 model stubble-plastic film residue collector that the draft is rather great and the plastic residue or stubble are sometimes left out in the operation process, formulas for the principal parameters of the knives have been driven out based on the analysis of the distribution manner in the field of the stubble and plastic film residue, the variation range and the variation tendency of the principal parameters for the reduction of the draft have been found on a trial basis in the corn field through theoretical analysis and experimental study and a mathematical model for the draft applied on the knives has been established in accordance with the movement and distortion of the soil under the action of the knives. The testing result in sandy soil shows that the law that the principal parameters of the knives exert influence on the draft approximately approaches to the result theoretically driven out, and a pair of knives has been chosen to be a favourable one with satisfactory performance and smaller draft for the plastic film mulched corn field through the contrast tests to number of pairs of knives. Besides, the result of experimental study also indicates that the relationship between the forward speed of operation on the field of sandy soil and the draft appears exponential relation.
