【摘要】 随着我国市场经济的建立和完善，农村金融体制的改革在不断深入，作为农村金融主力军的农村信用社在新的农村经济发展形势下，进行了一系列改革，业务的进一步开拓，支农作用明显加强。但由于一些主、客观的原因，农村信用社仍然不能适应市场经济的需要，不能适应多元化、多层次的农村金融需求，严重影响了农村经济的进一步发展，同时也制约着农村信用社自身的发展。 因此，本文通过分析信用社在支农中合作性、商业性、政策性共存的矛盾，以及带来自身经营上的困难，相应提出了改革与完善农村信用社的一些思路，根据不同的情况，把农村信用社改造为农村商业银行、农村合作银行，或新建真正意义的合作制农村信用社，以适应农村经济多元化、多层次化发展的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the beginning and the improvement of market economy in China, rural financial system has been made a lot of changes to meet the service demands of increasingly progressing rural economy. The continuously improved rural financial system plays a more and more important role in supporting rural economy. However, as the main service body, rural economy cooperative still can’t satisfy the demands of all level and all aspects of rural development in market economy. As a result, the rural financial system impedes the rural development, and at the same time, further progress of the rural financial system itself remains a slower pace comparing with the demand of rural development.This thesis focuses on the problems and the contradictions brought about by the multiple roles: co-op demand among local farmers, state financial and agricultural economy policies implement, commercial benefit which undertook by the rural credit cooperative. These multiple roles that the rural credit cooperative played made the normal business extremely difficult, and sometimes let to confusion. There are some thoughts to solve the problems. Firstly, the load carried by the rural credit cooperative in the past should be removed to make the further progress easier. Secondly, at different circumstances, different rural credit cooperatives should be reshuffled into rural commercial bank, or rural cooperative bank or full meaning rural credit cooperative to satisfy the diversified business demands at a more broad base and level, at the same time, different banks or co-ops serve their own specific tasks.更多还原
