我国北方地区甜菜糖业发展研究

【摘要】 甜菜糖业是我国北方轻工业的支柱产业,自建国以后、特别是改革开放以来有了长足的发展。但90年代后期,由于食糖市场供过于求,甜菜糖产量严重下滑,一直在低谷中徘徊。当前,国家正着力对制糖行业进行结构调整,优化区域布局,压缩制糖生产能力。在这种情况下,北方甜菜糖业如何走出困境,实现持续稳定发展,是一个有重要意义的研究课题。 本文首先说明了我国北方地区发展甜菜糖业的产品优势和地区优势,再通过深入分析甜菜糖业发展的历史、现状和存在的问题,并借鉴国外先进成功经验,结合我国实际,指出了我国甜菜糖业必须走产业化道路,并提出今后甜菜糖业的发展思路和措施,最后对未来几年的甜菜糖总产量作出预测。

【Abstract】 Beet & Sugar is a pillar industry in light industries of north region hi China. Since 1949, especially after reform and opening, Beet & Sugar developed very fast But hi the late of 1990’s, as supply exceeding demand hi sugar market, the output of beet sugar dropped severely and fluctuated hi a low level. Now, the government has set about reducing sugar yield, adjusting sugar industry’s structure and optimising regional distribution. So it’s worth studying that how to extricate northern Beet & Sugar from current predicament and achieve sustained and stable developmentThe thesis demonstrates beet sugar’s advantages of product and region hi the north firstly, Then by analyzing Beet & Sugar’s historical and current situation and existing problems hi the process of developing and drawing on the advanced and successful experiences of foreign countries, the author directs that Beet & Sugar should be industrialized, and suggests northern Beet & Sugar’s future developmental thoughts and measures, and forecasts future beet sugar’s output.
