甘蔗引进新品种抗旱性研究

【摘要】 本试验在甘蔗玻璃大棚槽栽条件下,于甘蔗伸长中后期停止供水(干旱胁迫)处理60天,以被大田生产证实为较耐旱的桂糖11号(G.T.11)为对照品种,以正常供水处理为对照,从生理生化、农艺性状、产量和品质等方面对两个新引进品种粤糖93/159(Y.T.93/159)和新台糖25号(ROC25)进行抗旱性研究。结果表明:新台糖25号的抗旱性弱于对照品种桂糖11号,但高于新台糖16号;粤糖93/159的抗旱性弱于对照品种桂糖11号和新台糖16号。参试品种抗旱性强弱排序为G.T.11>ROC25>ROC16>Y.T.93/159。新台糖25号和粤糖93/159干旱胁迫的产量损失率分别为-19.02%和-21.44%,蔗糖分的损失率分别为9.77%和13.55%。ROC25对干旱胁迫最为敏感,属于干旱胁迫敏感型品种,相对而言,Y.T.93/159则为干旱胁迫钝感型。

【Abstract】 Research was done on drought resistance indexes, such as physiological character, agronomical character, yield and technical character of two new-introduced sugarcane varieties, ROC25 and Y.T.93/159 under water-controlled conditions, and two other sugarcane varieties, namely, ROC 16 and G.T. 11 were taken as the control varieties. The results show that the drought resistance of ROC25 and Y.T.93/159 are inferior to that of ROC 16 and G.T. 11 . Under the conditions of drought stress, the yield loss rate of ROC25 and Y.T.93/159 are 19.02% and 21.44% respectively , and the sucrose loss rate are 9.77% and 13.55% respectively. The results also show that ROC25 is a drought-stress-sensitive sugarcane variety, and Y.T.93/159 is a drought-stress-inactive one.
