【摘要】 解毒扶正汤是中药汤剂，组成原则是依据中医辩证施治理论结合长期治疗慢性肝病的临床经验及在筛选古今验方的基础上研究配伍而成。 本文对解毒扶正汤治疗慢性丙型肝炎进行了临床观察研究。我们对60例慢性丙型肝炎患者随机分组，观察解毒扶正汤与干扰素两组药物对病人肝功能、临床疗效、抗HCV抗体及HCV-RNA的阴转情况，结果显示解毒扶正汤在治疗慢性HC与干扰素对比有显著差异(P＜0.01))。解毒扶正汤可改善肝脏功能，降低血清ALT、胆红素，改善机体细胞免疫功能，部分地使抗HCV抗体和HCV-RNA阴转。抗HCV抗体阴转率达31.42％，HCV-RNA阴转率达33.96％，与干扰素组对比有差异(P＜0.05)。 研究表明，中药解毒扶正汤对慢性丙性肝炎有很好疗效，具有清除病毒、改善肝脏功能、调节免疫的作用，是治疗慢性丙型肝炎的有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 The" decoction of " detoxicating and tonifying" is constructed by the combination of many years of experience of the hepatitis-treating and the choicely selection of the ancient prescriptions. The principle is based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory of differentiation. This article is about the clinical study of the treatment of the chronic hepatitis C by the decoction of"detoxicating and tonifying" . We divided the patients of chronic hepatitis C into two parts at random. The results showed that the difference is remarkable between the decoction group(30 cases) and IFN group(30 cases)(P<0.01) in the clinical comparison and observation of the liver function, clinical therapeutic effect and the negative-transferring rate of the anti-HCV and HCV-RNA in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C. The decoction canimprove the liver function, descend the ALT and the bilirubin in the blood, promote the immune function of the body cells, and can partly make the anti-HCV and HCV-RNA negative-transformation. The negative-transferring rate of anti-HCV and HCV-RNA was respectively 31. 42% and 33. 96%,and the difference was notable compared with the IFN(P<0.05).The study showed that the decoction of "detoxicating and tonifying" has the function of detoxicating and regulating the immune system, and ’ has very good therapeutic effects in treating the chronic hepatitis C.更多还原
