【摘要】 目的：观察生脉注射液对舒张性心力衰竭中医证属气阴两虚型患者的疗效及对左室舒张功能的影响。 方法：将61例DHF气阴两虚型患者随机分为治疗组31例，对照组30例。对照组常规予利尿剂、血管扩张剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂治疗；治疗组在上述基础上加用生脉注射液，两组各治疗4周后，采用量化的心衰评分标准观察两组治疗前后的症状、体征、胸X线的变化，同时用超声多普勒观测治疗前后左室舒张功能指标E、A、E／A、IVRT的变化情况。 结果：①心功能级别改善方面：治疗组总有效率83.8％，对照组总有效率63.3％，两组有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。②治疗组疗前的心衰量化评分为9.50±3.01，疗后为4.06±2.10，疗前疗后差异显著(P＜0.05)，对照组疗后的心衰评分为5.37±2.90，与治疗组比较P＜0.05，治疗组优于对照组。③治疗组疗前疗后的胸X线检查评分分别为2.37±0.48，1.26±1.05，有显著差异，治疗组与对照组疗后评分比较P＜0.05。④治疗组疗前疗后的超生心动图指标E、A、E／A、IVRT的改变有明显差异(P＜0.05)。与对照组疗后比较P＜0.05。⑤治疗组低血压的发生率3.2％，低于对照组的发生率(16.7％)。 结论：生脉注射液组治疗DHF疗效满意，能明显改善左室舒张功能，不良反应轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe and evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Sheng-Mai injection in treating diastolic heart failure inpatients with syndromein asthenia of qi and yin and the influnce on left ventricular diastolic function.Methods:Random control was conducted . 61 DHF inpatients cases with syndromein asthenia of qi and yin were divided randomly into two groups. 30 cases in the control were treated with routine therapy including diuresis , vasodiation drugs and ACEI ;On this basement, 31 cases were treated with Sheng-Mai injection .After four weeks treatment ,evaluations were carried out by the means of Doppler echo cardiography before and after above treatment. Results:Comparing the indexes on Doppler echo cardiography-E, A, E/A, IVRT, of the treating group before and after treatment,we can find a significant difference.(P<0.05) Comparied the symptions , signs ,and the indexes of E, A, E/A, IVRT between the two groups , difference can was found . The treating group is superior to the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion: The group used Sheng-Mai was effective in treating diastdic heart failure. It could effectively and significantly improve the symptions, signs and left ventricular diastolic function.更多还原
