纳米粒子化学复合镀层的制备工艺研究

【摘要】 化学复合镀作为一种优良的表面处理技术,由于其具有绿色环保的特点,近些年来得到广泛的重视和应用。纳米材料表现出来的特殊性质,使其成为近年来科技界研究的新宠。本文结合两项技术的优点,采用纳米氧化铝粒子,研究了纳米粒子化学复合镀层的制备工艺条件。 1、研究了主盐、还原剂、络合剂、pH值、温度对镀液的稳定性和镀速的影响,并且找出了它们最佳工艺参数;特别重点研究了复合稳定剂对镀液稳定性和镀速的影响,并且开发了稳定剂D。 2、研究了分散方式对纳米复合镀层性能的影响。对超声波分散方式的最佳使用频率进行了研究;对纳米粒子在镀液中的添加量进行了摸索,确定了最佳纳米粒子添加量。 3、运用XRD、SEM、硬度检测等手段分析了纳米复合镀层的品态转变、组织结构、硬度、耐磨性等性能,并与Ni-P合金镀层、Ni-P-Al2O3微米复合镀层性能进行了对比,结果表明Ni-P-Al2O3纳米粒子的复合镀层在硬度、耐磨性能等方面皆优于普通Ni-P镀层和微米粒子复合镀层。 4、另外,本文从热力学、动力学上对镀液稳定性机理,对纳米复合镀的共沉积机理作了初步的讨论。

【Abstract】 As a kind of excellent surface treatment technology with trait of avoiding enviromental pollution, electroless composite plating was set much value on and applied wildly. The special properties of the nano materals made it become the hotspot studied by scientific research worker the recent years. This dissertation studied the process conditions of preparation of Ni-P-AkOa electroless composite coatings using nano powder instead of micron powder.1. This paper made of a study on the influence of primary salt, reducing agent, complexing agent, pH value, bath temperature on the stability and rate of deposition of the bath, moreover found out the their proper process conditions; moreover much more work was laid on the effects of composite stabilizer on the stability and rate of deposition of the bath, and developed a new kind of stabilizer agent D.2. This paper also worked over the influence of various dispersing methods on the properties of the coating; the optimum scope of ultrasonic waves frequency and the concentration of nano powder in the bath were determined.3. The influence of the heat treatment on the microstructures of composite coating using nano powder was studied, The results of comparison with those of the Ni-P coating and Ni-P-A^Os micron powder composite coatings indicated that the properties of the coating using nano powder were super to those of Ni-P coating and Ni-P-AbOs micron powder composite coating.4. In addition, the paper made preliminary step discuss on the mechanism of stability of bath on the thermodynamic and dynamic aspects and electroless composite codeposition using nano powder.
