多跨混凝土弯箱梁桥若干问题研究

【摘要】 预应力混凝土连续曲线箱梁桥应用日益广泛,已经成为现代交通基础设施的重要桥型。本文首先对弯桥的基本理论和计算方法——符拉索夫弹性薄壁结构理论、平面曲梁的平衡微分方程、力与应变关系的圆弧微分方程等进行了介绍和推导,对目前普遍采用的结构分析方法有限元法的发展和理论基础进行了阐述。之后,以一座立交桥实际工程为背景,利用有限元分析程序ANSYS,采用参数变异法对影响弯桥的主要因素进行了大量的计算和比较,重点讨论了曲率影响、支座偏移布置和反复温变影响、设置抗扭支承和施工中预应力张拉顺序影响等关键问题;对连续曲梁的变形和受力进行了分析和总结。 通过对以上因素的分析可以看出曲率、支座偏移、反复温变等因素对结构受力状态和变形影响非常显著。本文特别对支座偏移进行了详细探讨,提出了通过寻找曲梁的重心线、求解结构的支反力使得二者在一定条件下平衡来确定合理偏移量的思想。通过一假定三跨连续板桥进行了简单计算和有限元验证,认为这种思路是合理的,方法是可行的。

【Abstract】 It is the wide application of P.C. continuous curved box-girder bridge which has become an important bridge style in the transportation infrastructure.First of all, this paper expatiated the basic theory of the curved bridge and deduced the procedure of the calculation (such as thin-walled structure theory of Volasov’s, plane curved girder differential equation and arc differential equation about force-strain), and also explained the theoretic foundation and development of the finite element analysis technology which is a structure analysis method beingused widely now. Then by means of a practical interchange project, the paper carriedout a great deal of calculation and comparison to the main influence factors of the curved bridge by ANSYS program and changing parameter. In this paper, it was also discussed principally, such as curvature factor, bearing eccentricity, uniform alteration of temperature, setting of anti-torsion support and tendon tensioning order. Furthermore the analysis and the conclusion were given about displacement and internal force for continuous curved box-girders in this paper.It is especially that, in the paper, the bearing eccentricity has been approached in detail and the viewpoint has been brought forward, that is to say the moment when all external forces which is attributed to center of circle is zero, the internal force of main girder will be reasonable.
