模糊自调整控制器的研究及应用

【摘要】 本论文主要针对实际复杂工业对象中存在的非线性、不确定性、时变性等特点,提出了自调整因子模糊控制算法和自调整模糊PID控制算法,从而满足这些复杂工业过程的控制需要。因为模糊控制事先不需要获知对象的精确数学模型,而是基于人类的思维以及生产经验,用语言规则描述控制过程,并根据规则去调整控制算法或控制参数,同时上述两种控制算法又具有一定的自适应性,所以能实现对复杂工业过程的控制。 本论文对上述两种控制算法进行了分析和仿真研究,仿真结果表明,上述控制算法方案可行,效果良好;用VB6.0和VC++6.0分别制作这两种控制算法和作为对照的标准增量式PID算法的ActiveX控件,并嵌入监控组态软件中;用VB6.0直接编写DDE算法程序与监控组态软件进行通讯;用所制作的ActiveX算法控件和DDE程序分别实现了对过程监控水力模型试验装置的直接控制,结果表明自调整因子模糊控制算法和自调整模糊PID控制算法具有较好的控制效果和品质,因此可以预见到它们将具有广阔的发展前景和工业应用价值。
【Abstract】 Because complex industry object has non-linearity, uncertainty and time-change, this paper puts forward self-tuning gene fuzzy controlling arithmetic and self-tuning fuzzy PID controlling arithmetic to satisfy demand of these complex industry processes. Because fuzzy control do not need to know accurate mathematic model of object, but is based on human thinking and producing experience; and because it applies language rule to describe controlling process and bases rule to modify the controlling arithmetic and parameter, at the same time these two mathematic has self-adaptability, they will realize production process control.This paper researches self-tuning gene fuzzy controller arithmetic and self-tuning fuzzy PID controller arithmetic. The result of research shows that these two arithmetic is realizable and have good effect; Make these two arithmetic’s ActiveX controllers and increment PID arithmetic ActiveX controller by VB6.0 and VC++6.0, and add them in configuration software; Write DDE program to realize communication with configuration software; Realize control of experimental equipment by these arithmetic controllers and DDE program. The result shows that self-tuning gene fuzzy controlling arithmetic and self-tuning fuzzy PID controlling arithmetic will have good developing foreground and be widely used in industrial control.
