智能光电式污泥浓度检测仪的研制

【摘要】 本文根据污水处理行业中需要实时连续检测污泥浓度的要求,设计了采用光电检测技术的污泥浓度传感器和检测仪。 根据污泥的组成、特性、透光率、颜色等性质,传感器采用近红外发光二极管作为光源,光敏二极管作为光探测器件,光源驱动采用交流调制信号,这样可以有效克服自然光、杂散光、污泥颜色、气泡等直流干扰。在结构上采用双光源、双接收管这样可以克服传感器沾有泥膜的影响。 检测仪硬件采用独特的双片结构,主要由单片机和CPLD构成。单片机完成数据处理,CPLD完成A/D控制和LED动态扫描显示。这种结构有效的克服了以单片机为主控芯片的系统的诸多缺点,具有速度快、可靠性高、硬件可升级等优点。 单片机软件采用C51高级语言设计,编译器采用高效的德国Keil公司的KeilC51,克服了以往用高级语言编写的程序效率不高、代码长、执行速度慢的缺点;克服了用晦涩难懂的汇编语言编写软件的诸多缺点,大幅提高了工作效率。 利用EDA工具和VHDL语言在CPLD器件上设计实现单片机外围电路,减少了中小规模集成电路的使用,使系统的硬件设计软件化。

【Abstract】 According to the requirement of real time and continue detection of sludge concentration in sewage decontamination industry, this paper designed a kind of sensor and detection instrument to detect activated sludge concentration. Consider of the composition, characteristic, the rate of permeation light, color of the activated sludge, using near infrared diode as lamp-house, photosensitive diode as light detector. The lamp-house drive is alternating modulation signal. This technology can overcome the direct current disturbance of nature light, sludge color, bleb etc. The structure of dual lamp-house and dual received diode can overcome the disturbance when the sensor is stained with sludge.Using C51 advanced computer language design the software of the single-chip. The higher efficiency compiler is KeilCSl developed by Keil company German. The compiler can overcome many disadvantages of previous such as low efficiency, long code, low execution speed. It also overcome many disadvantage of using crabbed assemble language, and increase work efficiency in a large extent.The hardware structure of sludge concentration detection instrument is "two-chip". It mainly composed by CPU and CPLD. Data-processing is accomplished by CPU. The control of A/D and dynamic scan display is accomplished by CPLD. Compared with previous system controlled by single-chip, this kind of structure has many advantages, such as high speed, strong reliability, hardware upgradeable, etc.Using EDA tools to design periphery circuit of single-chip. Reduced the use of SSI and MSI. Made the hardware design like software design.
