面向产品的CAPP与工艺管理系统开发中应用支持工具的研究

【摘要】 面对不断变化的市场环境和工业环境,信息化建设是企业发展的必然之路。企业通过信息化建设,可以同时调控物流、资金流、信息流,促进产品设计、企业管理模式和企业间协作关系的创新,从而大幅度增强企业的竞争力。CAPP是企业信息化建设中联系设计和生产的纽带,同时也为管理部门提供相关数据,是企业信息交换的中间环节。CAPP同CAD/CAM/PDM和MIS/ERP-Ⅱ的结合,为实现企业设计、管理、经营的数字化和企业内部的信息化建设,同时为企业解决“信息孤岛”问题提供了切实可行的解决方案。 随着当今企业信息化建设的发展,企业对实用化和产品化的CAPP系统的需求会越来越大。但是不同的企业有着不同的生产条件、技术条件和工艺流程等个性化特点。如何应对这些问题而实现CAPP系统的快速开发,以适应当今快节奏、多元化和个性化的市场,提高我们的系统开发能力是一个急需解决的问题。这也正是本论文写作的出发点。 本文在分析面向产品CAPP系统方法论、面向产品的CAPP与工艺管理系统设计思想、系统信息模型和体系结构的基础上,从现有CAPP系统(TGCAPP系统等)及在新系统开发过程当中抽取出了一系列的可复用资源并将它们提升为各种支持工具。在以后的系统开发中,将支持工具客户化、整合并加以适度的二次开发后可迅速生成新的目标CAPP系统,从而实现新的CAPP系统开发模式。文中着重研究了以下内容: 在分析面向产品CAPP方法论及面向产品CAPP应具有的特点的基础上,重点研究面向产品的CAPP与工艺管理系统的设计思想、系统的信息模型和系统的体系结构,为后期的支持工具的研究和实施新的系统开发模式打下坚实的基础。 研究面向产品的CAPP与工艺管理系统中支持工具的定义与研究范围;提出了系统中一组可复用的工具和基于支持工具的新的CAPP系统开发模式。 研究利用面向对象技术来实现支持工具构建的可行性和实现方法。 研究面向产品CAPP系统中各种树结构的分类、树结构数据来源的存储方式及树的构建范式;研究树节点各种功能操作的共性点。是支持工具研究的重要内容。 研究面向产品CAPP与工艺文件管理系统中各种工艺文件格式的分类;针对每种类型的工艺文件给出了基于PowerBuilder的工艺文件模板建立范式;开发具有可重用性的工艺文件打印输出模块组件;并解决组件与其它分系统的接口问题。此部分也是支持工具研究的重点内容。 给出了基于新的开发模式的FSDCAPP系统开发实例。 最后,对先前的工作进行了总结,为今后的研究工作提出了设想。

【Abstract】 With the market and industry environments changing increasingly, information construction is key to the development of an enterprise. The enterprise can control the flow of material, capital, information at the same time, and bring innovations to the product design, business management modes and cooperation between enterprises under the information construction. CAPP serves as a tie between the design and production in the enterprises’ information construction and provides relevant data for the management. The combination of CAPP/CAD/CAM/PDM and MIS/ERP-Dhelps digitize the enterprise design, management and operation and brings the information construction to its core and provides practical proposals for solving the problems of isolated information among the enterprise.With the development of an enterprise’s information construction, an enterprise will be increasingly dependent on useful and practical CAPP system. But different enterprises have different production and technology conditions, process flows and other characteristics. So it is very urgent to solve these problems and speed up the development of CAPP system to adapt it to the fast-paced, comprehensive and individualized market nowadays. And these are all the starting points of this thesis.On the basis of analyzing the methodology of the product-oriented CAPP, the conception of the product-oriented CAPP and process management system design, system information model and structure, the thesis collected a series of reusable resources from the existing CAPP system (TGCAPP system etc) and the process of developing a new system, then upgraded them to various kinds of support tools. A new target CAPP system can be developed rapidly through the customization of the support tools and proper advanced development. Then it came the new CAPP system developing mode. And the major points are as follows:1 On the basis of analyzing the methodology of product-oriented CAPP and its inherent characteristics, study the design conception, system information model and system structure of product-oriented CAPP and processing management system in order to lay a substantial foundation for the research of the support tools and enforcement of the new system developing mode later.2 This thesis studies definition of the support tools and research scope of the product-oriented CAPP and processing management system and put forward a group of reusable tools in the system and the new CAPP system developing mode based on the support tools.3 This thesis studies feasibility and means of using o-o technology to construct support tools.4 This thesis analyses the classification, the data-source storing method of different kinds of tree structures in the product-oriented CAPP system, and studies the pattern of the constructing trees. Puts forward various kinds of function operations of tree structures. They are the key-points for the support tools study.5 This thesis studies the classification of various kinds of process files’ formats in the product-oriented CAPP and process file management system. As for each format of them, a constructing pattern of process file based on PowerBuilder is put forward. Develop reusable process file print module, pay more attention to resolve the interface problem between parts and the sub-systems. They are also the key-points for support tools study.6 Put forward the example of FDCAPP system development based on new system developing mode.In the end, a conclusion of the previous work and results is stated and ideas about future are proposed.
