【摘要】 黄土高原地区旅游资源丰富，具备开展黄土风情旅游的先天优势。黄土风情旅游作为一种独特的旅游形式，目前已经引起海内外旅游者的兴趣，但是，黄土风情旅游开发依然处在初级阶段，对资源的开发利用还存在诸多问题，如何充分合理地对旅游资源进行开发和利用，促进区域经济的发展，是急需研究的一个重要课题。 本文以黄土高原地区的山西省和陕北高原为例，以旅游资源与开发、旅游市场学、旅游经济学、民俗学、旅游心理学等理论为指导，采用理论和实践相结合的方法，紧紧围绕黄土风情旅游深度开发这个主题，着重分析了晋陕地区的旅游产品开发、市场的开发和定位，并针对该地区旅游资源的分布、等级以及开发的基础条件和规模、吸引力等不同，对几种深度开发模式进行了分析研究。旨在为该区黄土风情旅游的深度开发提供一定的科学依据和思路。 全文分为6个部分： 1．第一部分，主要探讨黄土风情旅游及其开发现状，包括黄土风情旅游的涵义、内容，黄土风情旅游资源的分类、特点，以及黄土风情旅游开发的状况和存在问题。分析指出本文所探讨的黄土风情旅游特指在陕北高原和山西省的范围内，利用那些可以作为旅游资源的黄土风情，例如独特的自然景观、风俗习惯、建筑遗产、特色产品、特色文化、宗教艺术、革命文物等所开展的各种旅游活动。黄土风情旅游资源具有类型多样、丰富多彩；数量众多；质量等级高、特色鲜明；分布集中、易于组合开发；功能多样等特点。 2．第二部分，对黄土风情旅游深度开发的必要性和可行性做了详细的分析。其开发的必要性主要体现在该地区潜在旅游资源众多，存在大量的初级旅游产品，且发展旅游业可成为地区脱贫致富新的增长点，有利于产业结构调整、生态环境建设和社会发展；由于国家政策的倾斜和扶持，该地区已有一定的基础和典型产品，又因旅游资源独特、吸引力大，有稳定的市场，且交通等旅游设施得到改善，当地居民积极性很高，大力支持旅游业的发展。所以，黄土风情旅游深度开发具有可行性。 3．第三部分，主要论述了黄土风情深度开发的理论基础。探讨了深度开发的概念和内涵；概述了深度开发的理论基础，包括创新理论、生命周期理论、可持续发展理论、经济学理论、生态环境理论、旅游资源理论和旅游系统论等；提出了黄上风情旅游开发依据的一般原则和特殊原则。 4．第四部分，是文章的重点和核心部分，主要探讨了深度开发的基本内容。分别对黄土风情旅游产品（自然风光旅游、建筑遗产、黄土文化、民俗风情、宗教信仰和革命文物）的特点、价值进行了分析，并提出厂发建议；对黄土风情旅游的现有海外市场进行了分析，指出了今后该地区重点发展的海外市场方向，同时对黄土风情旅游的海内外市场进行了定位，并对该区域的旅游线路进行了设计。 5．第上部分，也是文章的核心部分。对黄士风情旅游深度厂发的儿种有益的模式进行了探讨，（l）以壶口为例，探讨了资源共享，联合开发的模式，从联合开发的优势、存在问题和具体实施方面进行了分析：u）以黄帝陵为例，探讨了选择典型，重点厂发模式，主要论述了黄帝陵的典型性体现、开发条什分析及厂发建议；（3）以晋陕民居为例，对资源相对集中，拳头型开发模式作了深入株讨，主要围绕山西传统民居的类型、开发存在的问题和刀’发建议等方面进行分析，同时分析陕北窑洞的特点，提出了开发的建议；（4）以山西晋北为例，分析了突出资源忧势，互补开发模式，主要针对晋北旅游资源优势分析，提出了I！’发的思路。 6．第六部分对全文作了总结。 本文创新之处：①在前人研究的基础上，比较全面地提出了黄土风情旅游深度开发的理论基础和原则。把创新理论应用于旅游厂发，并提出开发的一般原则与特殊原则相结合的具体内容；②系统地分析了主要黄土风情旅游产品的特点、价值，并提出厂发建议；③在总结经验的基础上，提出了黄土风情旅游深度厂发的四种模式，即：资源共享，联合开发模式：选择典型，重点开发模式：资源相对集中，拳头型介发模式；突出资源优势，互补厂发模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Loess customs tourism, as a kind of unique tourism form, has already caused the interest of the tourist at home and abroad at present. However, the exploitation of loess customs tourism is still in primary stage, a great deal of problems still exist in the exploitation and utilization of resources. It is an important and imperative subject to research how to exploit and utilize the tourism resources adequately to accelerate the development regional economy.On the theory basis of tourism resources and exploitation, travel marketing , tourism economics, folklore, tourism psychology, etc, this dissertation takes Shanxi Province and north of Shaan xi Province plateau of loess plateau, adopts the method of the theory combining with the practice. Then, around the theme of depth exploitation of loess customs tourism, this dissertation analyzes tourism products exploitation , the exploitation and localization of the market of Jin-Shan region emphatically, at the same time, analyzes several depth exploitation modes. Aims at offering certain scientific basis and trains of thought for this region’s loess customs tourism depth exploitation.The full dissertation divides into 6 parts:The first part emphasis on discussing loess customs tourism and its exploitation conditions, including the definition and content of loess customs tourism; the classification and characteristic of loess customs tourism resources; and current conditions and existent problems of loess customs tourism exploitation.The second part analyzes the necessity and feasibility of loess customs tourism depth exploitation detailed.The third part mainly expounds the theory basis of loess customs tourism depth exploitation.The fourth part is the main part of this dissertation, mainly discuss the basic content of loess customs tourism depth exploitation.The fifth part is also the main part of this dissertation, discuss several beneficial mode of loess customs tourism depth exploitation.The sixth part summarize the full dissertation.The innovative point of this dissertation: ①On the basis of what forefathers studied, the dissertation puts forward theory basis and principle of loess customs tourism depth exploitation all-sided relatively, apply the innovative theory to tourism exploitation, and put forward the concrete content that the general principle combine with special principle; ②The dissertation analyses the characteristic and value of the main loess customs tourism products systematically, and propose the suggestion of exploitation; ③On the basis of summarizing experience, The dissertation proposes four kinds of modes of loess customs tourism depth exploitation, namely: the resource-sharing, jointly exploitation mode; Choose the model, especially exploitation mode; Resources are relatively centralized , fist-like type exploitation mode; Stress the resource advantage, complementarily exploitation mode.更多还原
