我国国有商业银行零售业务发展问题研究

【摘要】 首先,本文对银行零售业务进行了概述,在讨论了银行零售业务的内涵和基本特征之后,文章介绍了银行零售业务的发展概况和发展趋势。 其次,对加入WTO后我国商业银行面临的竞争环境进行了分析,这其中包括国有商业银行的竞争优势分析、我国商业银行面临的挑战分析以及中外银行在竞争中的合作分析。并提出了加入WTO后我国商业银行的对策。 接着以中国建设银行江门市分行为实例,从实证的角度讨论国有银行零售业务发展问题并建立了储源调查分析模型,在此基础上讨论了国有银行零售业务的发展方向和零售业务营销策略。 最后对银行零售业务的风险进行了分析,讨论了监管层对银行零售业务的管理问题以及商业银行对零售业务的内控机制。

【Abstract】 First, the disquisition summarizes the retail banking business. After discussing the concept and the basic characteristic of retail banking business, the article introduced the development general situation and developing trend of retail banking business.The second part primarily discusses the competition environment, which our country commercial bank must be faced with after China joins WTO. The analysis is included of the competition advantage analysis, the challenge analysis and the cooperation of Chinese and Foreign bank analysis. And the article give some suggestions to our country commercial bank about how to deal with the situation after China join WTO.Then we have a demonstration of China Construction bank jiangmen branch. We built up an analysis model of marketing research and discuss the developing of retail banking business in state-owned commercial bank during this demonstration. At the basis of this model, we discuss the developing way and the marketing strategy of retail banking business in state-owned commercial bank.What we analyze finally is the risk management problem in the retail banking business, we discuss the problem of the authority management to retail banking business and the mechanism that the commercial bank how to control their risk in retail banking business.
