【摘要】 本文以WTO和民航重组大环境下我国民航飞机维修行业为背景，以广州飞机维修工程有限公司为研究对象，运用企业管理的有关知识，结合本人工作实践，对该公司的现状和新的经营环境进行分析，提出了发展战略方案。 本文包括如下六个部分：第一部分，引言。阐述发展战略研究对于本行业特别是本企业的意义。第二部分，民用飞机维修行业特点与现状。在分析飞机维修行业特点、未来发展趋势以及亚太地区民航维修现状的基础上，进一步分析当前我国民航维修业的现状。第三部分，广州飞机维修公司的现状分析。包括公司的发展历程，内部的优势与劣势。第四部分，公司环境分析。在分析公司面临的机会与威胁的基础上，运用SWOT综合整理出公司的总体战略态势。第五部分，公司发展战略方案的确定。根据总体战略态势，运用“战略选择模型”和“BCG矩阵”制定公司的发展战略方向，确定战略实施的总体思路，并从业务拓展、组织结构调整、管理制度、人力资源、市场营销和文化建设等方面，提出了具体的措施。第六部分，结论。对全文的总结及必要的说明。 GAMECO战略实施中各重点项目的确定，都是本文创造性的成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the Chinese MRO environment in the background of joining WTO and airline mergence, this paper takes GAMECO (Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering Company ltd.) for the study of development strategy. With the help of my MBA knowledge and years of service in the company, GAMECO’s current condition and new external environment is fully analysed, and the development strategy is put forward.This paper contains six parts. Part 1 is preface, dealing with the importance of strategy study for the MRO as well as for GAMECO. Part 2 introduces the characteristics of MRO industry, the situation of MRO in China and Asia-Pacific region, and the future trends of MRO development. Part 3 analyses GAMECO’s present status, including company’s history, internal strengths and weaknesses. Part 4 is external environment research. Following the analysis of GAMECO’s opportunities and threats and the use of SWOT method, general strategy situation is organized. Part 5 is the practical project of GAMECO’s development strategy. This part applies "strategy selection matrix" and "BCG matrix" to finally conclude company’s specific strategy, and the supporting actions. Part 6 sums up all contains and necessary notes on GAMECO’s strategy.The focal items set forth in part 5 are the creative products of this paper.更多还原
