我国外贸企业客户信用风险管理体系研究

【摘要】 企业信用管理问题是我国经济理论研究中的新领域,也是我国现实经济运行中遇到的重大难题,越来越引起人们的重视,但是关于我国对外贸易方面的信用管理问题的研究却相对不足。为此,本文在概括分析了有关信用管理的概念、理论的基础上,归纳总结了我国外贸企业信用风险管理的现状、存在问题及产生原因;然后采用逻辑分析和实证分析相结合的方法,借鉴国外企业信用管理理论与模型,并结合中国对外贸易的特点,尝试构建了我国外贸企业客户信用风险管理体系,并重点建立和应用客户信用分析评估模型,从而为我国众多外贸企业加强客户信用风险管理提供了一套可操作的方法、技术和管理制度;文章最后结合实际探讨了还需进一步研究的几点问题。

【Abstract】 The credit management problem is not only a new domain in the investigation of Chinese economic theory but also the great puzzle during the operation of practical economy in China. People attach importance to this problem more and more. In contrast, little work has been done to investigate the credit management problem about Chinese foreign trade. This thesis has firstly summarized the relative theories and concepts of credit management, and then analysed the actuals, existent problems and the causes of these problems of credit risk management about Chinese foreign trade enterprise. Thirdly, this thesis has adopted methods of the combination of normal analysis and empirical analysis; used foreign theories and models of credit risk management for reference; combined the characteristic of Chinese foreign trade; tried to design the system of customer’s credit risk management about Chinese foreign trade enterprise and emphasized the modeling and application of the models of customer’s credit risk analysis and evaluation; accordingly offered Chinese foreign trade enterprise a set of operable method, technique and management system for strengthening customer’s credit risk management. The last part of this thesis has explained several problems that relate to the system of customer’s credit risk management about Chinese foreign trade enterprise.
