供应链管理在大型零售企业中的应用研究

【摘要】 供应链管理是近10多年来企业管理领域最重要的课题之一,其核心思想是以顾客需求为导向,以核心企业为中心,将上游供应企业和下游流通企业乃至最终顾客连结成为一个整体,集成管理、协调发展以创造整个供应链的竞争优势。供应链管理是企业管理发展的必然趋势,未来的市场竞争将会是供应链之间的竞争。零售业是社会经济发展的重要行业,零售企业特别是大型零售企业已逐渐成为了市场的主导力量,其对上游产业的强力拉动和对下游最终顾客的影响日益明显,其竞争势态也更加激烈。因此,探讨大型零售企业如何进行供应链管理,提高企业自身乃至整个供应链的竞争优势,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。本文首先在已有供应链管理研究的基础上,设计出分析、研究零售企业进行供应链管理的总体思路,然后探讨了零售企业进行供应链管理的基础和模式组合,接着从采购管理、物流配送管理、销售管理三个方面重点讨论了零售企业进行供应链管理的实践,最后根据我国零售企业发展的现状和存在的问题,提出我国零售企业进行供应链管理的几点建议。

【Abstract】 As one of the most important topic in the field of corporation management in the past 10 years, supply chain, with customers’ demand as its direction and core enterprises as focus, builds a linkage between the supplying enterprises, the distribution enterprises and the ultimate customers, thus creating the competition advantage of the whole supply chain. Supply chain management is the trend for the development of corporation management, and the future market competition will focus on the competition of supply chain. Retailing industry being the significant industry for the social economic development, retailing corporations, especially large retailing corporations have become the dominant strength in the market. With its stronger and stronger influence on supplying enterprises and ultimate customers, the competition of supply chain is also becoming much more furious. Therefore, it is of great academic value and practical importance to discuss how large retailing corporations can implement supply chain management, thus improving the competition advantage of the corporation or even the whole supply chain. This article firstly presented the overall picture for the retailing corporations on how to manage supply chain, which was based on the present research on supply chain, discussed the basis and model of supply chain management, then focused on the discussion of practical implementation of supply chain management from the viewpoints of purchase, logistics and sales management, and finally propose some suggestion on the implementation of supply chain management according to the present situation and existing problems during the development of retailing corporation in our country.
