基于PC/104的摆式列车倾摆控制系统的设计

【摘要】 提高铁路旅客列车的速度和缩短旅行时间是当今世界铁路的一个重要发展方向,也是中国铁路交通发展的主要方向,是参与运输市场竞争的有力手段。由于我国幅员辽阔,有相当多的铁路处于山区,线路坡度大、曲线半径小、建设标准低,如果按照三大干线标准改造线路使之适应提速要求,铁路的改建很困难,所需人力物力不亚于修建新铁路,不适合我国目前的国情。 为了在既有线上提高列车运行速度,或在条件较好的既有线上开行高速列车,不少国家采用了摆式列车来达到这一要求。摆式列车倾摆控制系统是摆式列车技术的核心环节,是摆式列车成功运营的关键。国外摆式列车发展至今,出现了各种形式的倾摆控制系统。主动摆、在线实时数据采集和采用陀螺仪进行补偿是摆式列车倾摆控制系统的主流。 本文首先介绍了几种国外运用较为成熟的摆式列车的倾摆控制系统的模式,针对我国目前的发展情况,提出了基于PC/104总线的摆式列车倾摆控制系统的设计方案,并把现场总线控制网络LonWorks引入设计中来。 本文具体阐述了倾摆控制系统的各组成部分:检测子系统、控制子系统、以及倾摆作动子系统的功能及原理;描述了主控计算机(PC/104)和控制网络(LonWorks)之间的通信接口卡的设计;对倾摆控制系统的界面设计、数据采集程序、数字滤波程序和网络接口软件设计进行了详尽的分析;对倾摆控制系统的控制策略进行了仿真并对倾摆控制系统进行了静态调试。 通过该倾摆控制系统的设计与研究,对以后的摆式列车倾摆控制系统的设计、开发和研制打下了理论和实验基础。

【Abstract】 To speed up passenger trains and decrease journey time are one of the targets of the world railway modernization, and also a means to increase competition in transportation market. In our country, many railway lines which were built in mountainous area have heavy gradient and curves with small radius. So it is difficult to improve them and a great amount of cost is needed in the modification of them.The use of tilting trains can raise curving speed effectively, so some countr ies take advantage of the tilting passenger rol 1 i ng stock to speed up trains that run on existence lines. The tilting control system of ti1ting trains is the key of the ti1ting trains ’ successfu1 application. There are several kinds of tilting control system of tilting trains. Positive tilting, real-time measurement and the compensation of gyroscope are the development trend of the tilting control system.In this paper, several kinds of tilting control system were presented and analyzed. According to the development condition of the tilting control system in our country, the design of the tilting control system based on PC/104 was brought forward. The control network-LonWorks was applied to the design.The function and principle of all components of tilting control system such as detection subsystem, control subsystem and tilting actuation subsystem were illustrated in the paper. The design of the communication interface card between PC/104 and the control network-LonWorks was set forth in the paper. The design of interface program, data collection program, digital filter program and the interface program of network were described in detail in the paper. The control strategy of the tilting control system was emulated in the paper. The tilting control system was tested in the paper.The foundation of designing methods of real i ty ti1ting trains with tilting control system was set up, through theory research and experiment on it.
