新型智能流量积算系统的研究

【摘要】 流量积算仪是智能仪表系列中的重要组成部分,它随着现代计算机技术的发展而不断发展和完善。本论文论述和设计了基于新型单片机的智能流量积算系统。本着小型化、智能化的原则,设计中采用Philips公司带下载功能的高性能P89C51RD2单片机作为控制核心;设计了LED并配以小键盘构成的便捷人机对话接口;辅以打印输出、数据存储、开关量输出;系统采用AC-DC电源模块为系统供电;构成高精度数据采集处理平台。 论文首先对智能仪表和智能流量积算仪简要介绍。第二章对流量积算仪中所需要采集的信号的测量原理和方法进行分析,并对误差、补偿分析等做出了详细介绍;第三章在功能电路中介绍了系统中的微处理器的ISP和IAP功能,特别是系统开发中的应用,其它功能电路还包括日历时钟电路、数字信号的转化、显示和键盘电路,打印和输出电路等。第四章中先介绍了程序中使用的一些数学模型和利用设置二级参数确定输入信号类型的方法;第五章中介绍了采用自顶向下的模块划分程序设计方法编制的系统软件的过程,并在章末介绍了系统调试方面出现的问题和相应的解决方案;第六章利用MCU的下载特性和网络功能,推出实现智能仪表软件的远程升级方案,通过软件设计,使得仪表有了更为广泛的应用空间,实现单表多用。综上所述,本论文设计的流量积算系统采用了稳定可靠的结构设计,充分利用MCU的硬件资源和软件的优化,使其具有优良的操作界面,高的测量精度,便于升级,集新颖性、实用性于一体。

【Abstract】 Flow totalizer is an important component of intelligent apparatus . With the development of modern computer technology , flow totalizer develops correspondingly quickly . Aiming at being small and intelligent, we use P89C51RD2 MCU as main controller of the system, which has the ability to download programs . To provide workers a friendly interface, we design a controlling board with LEDs and a mini-keyboard;Acording to requirement .printing and data storing and switch output are also designed ; We choose AC-DC power module as the system power. So all above compose of a high precise platform.Firstly, there is a synopsis of intelligent apparatus and flow totalizer ;In the 2nd chapter, many measuring principals and methods about flow are analyzed, corresponding compensation and errors are also analyzed;In the chapter 3, the function of ISP and the IAP in MCU, especially the application of ISP on system development is specified in detail, we also discuss other function electric circuits in this chapter, including clock/calendar circuit, input and output signal translating circuit, displaying and keys circuit, and printing output circuit. In the chapter 4, some mathematic modules are constructed , which are rules of the system programs, we use second-grade parameters to identify input signals. Based on mathematic modules and second-grade parameters, system programs using "Top-Down" designing idea are divided into some module programs in the chapter 5, At the end of this chapter, questions and resolutions in testing are introduced; In the last chapter .application of download characteristics of MCU is used on long distance update , so the totalizer can be used in broad fields if software designed reasonably .General speaking, the intelligent flow totalizer possesses a steady structure, optimized software and hardware, an excellent operating platform , high precise measuring methods , a convenient way to update and provides us a system with novelty as well as practicality.
