高桩承台吊箱的组合有限单元计算分析研究

【摘要】 随着深水基础施工技术和机械的发展,吊箱围堰在高桩承台施工中的应用日益广泛。本论文以辽河上的第二座深水特大桥——大辽河特大桥为背景,在搜集国内外已有的深水基础施工及设计资料的基础上,对吊箱法施工高桩承台工法进行了归纳和总结;对大辽河特大桥高桩承台吊箱的施工设计与施工过程作了较为详细的介绍。论文介绍大型通用有限元计算软件ALGOR,并用软件建立大辽河特大桥高桩承台吊箱围堰的全结构模型,相对准确地模拟灌注封底混凝土后、抽除吊箱内河水后、承台破冰体施工后等三种受力工况,并用模型进行了应力和变形的计算,计算各工况荷载作用于吊箱全结构箱体板面、内支撑、吊杆、悬吊顶梁、底梁等的应力和变形,并对比吊箱围堰板面计算变形和施工实测变形,结果是吻合的;对大辽河特大桥高桩承台轻型吊箱的稳定性进行了计算分析;论文研究工作表明,应用组合有限元方法计算大型施工结构问题具有现实意义。

【Abstract】 With the development of construction technology and mechanic about deepwater foundation, hanging box weir had being applied widely for construction of high pile cap. In this thesis, on the basis of the existing construction and design data in the world, as an example of Daliao River Bridge, which is the second deepwarter bridge above Daliao River, the auther makes a review and summary of hanging box construction method, introduces design and construction process of the hanging box of Daliao River Bridge in detail. The paper introduces large-scale FEM software, ALGOR, by which the auther can build model of hanging box of high pile cap, and simulates accurately three loadcases, which include loadcase behind enclosed concrete, loadcase behind empty water in hanging box, and loadcase behind high pile cap construction. The auther calculates tensor and displacement of hanging box weir when loads exert panels, supports, suspenders, top beams, base beams of hanging box weir. At the same time the auther carrys out the stability analysis, besides, educes calculational and analytical data, which are tally with construction result in the main. Study in the thesis indicates integrated finite element method is significant for the calculation of construction structure in the reality.
