滚动轴承信号识别及工况监测虚拟仪器研究

【摘要】 滚动轴承是机器中的易损零件,许多机械的故障都与滚动轴承的状态有关。据统计,在使用滚动轴承的旋转机械中,大约30%的机械故障是由于滚动轴承而引起的。可见,滚动轴承的好坏对机器工作状况的影响极大。因此,对滚动轴承的诊断技术,国内外都很重视,近年来发展很快,其中最常用方法为振动信号分析法。 目前对滚动轴承信号识别主要采用模拟监测系统,系统均由模拟量仪器组成,如FFT分析仪、幅值分析仪电平记录仪等,系统存在操作界面不够友好,功能单一,分析内容欠丰富、通用性差、开发周期长、成本高等缺点。随着计算机技术的飞速发展,虚拟仪器的出现弥补了传统测试仪器的不足,虚拟仪器是仪器行业未来发展的主要方向。 本论文在深入分析研究以模拟仪器为基础的滚动轴承诊断技术的基础上,应用现代先进的虚拟仪器技术,合理选用传感器、信号调理器及A/D转换板等硬件,采用具有强大功能的虚拟仪器编程语言:LabWindows/CVI平台,编写了一系列功能软件和软面板,成功地研制和组建了一套滚动轴承信号识别及工况监测虚拟仪器,并利用所研制的虚拟仪器,在测试实验室万能实验台上对若干GB6309型号深沟滚动轴承的几种典型故障进行了实际检测与诊断,收到了满意的效果。论文对多种滚动轴承振动信号的识别方法进行了分析和比较,提出了若干有益的建议,从而使滚动轴承信号识别与诊断技术,从传统的模拟仪器监测系统上升到以虚拟仪器为主的监测系统。 本论文按照预定的要求完成了设计任务,其设计是成功的,所研制的滚动轴承虚拟仪器具有较好的应用价值,其性能远优于模拟监测设备。

【Abstract】 Rolling bearing is the brittle part of a machine, a lot of mechanical failure is relevant to the state of rolling bearing. It is estimated that about 30 percent of mechanical failure is caused by it in the rolling machines with rolling bearing. It is obviously that the quality of rolling bearing has a great impact on the working condition. Therefore, the technology of testing rolling bearing is paid a great attention to in home and abroad and has a great progress in the recent years. The most common method is monitoring the working station of rolling bearing with the analysis of oscillating signals.At present the identification signal of rolling bearing is based on analog monitoring system composed of analog instrument such as FFT analyzer, Amplitude analyzer and so on. The system has the shortcoming as follows: not enough friendly user interface, unitary function, under abundant analytical contents, poor generality, long developing period, high cost and so forth. With the development of computer technology in combination with test technology, virtual instrument has made up the shortage of conventional test instrument. Virtual instrument has taken the lead of the profession of instrument.With the use of advanced virtual instrument technology and reasonable selection of hardware such as sensor, signal adjuster and A/D conversion board, a series of software and softpanel are designed in the paper. Furthermore, the strongly functional programming language LabWindows/CVI is well used. The paper is based on the deep analysis of rolling bearing identification technology which is made up of analog instruments. A suit of rolling bearing identification signal virtual instrument has been found with which some representative failure of GB6309 type of rolling bearing on the omnipotent lab desk in Testing Laboratory have been measured and diagnosed. It has received satisfying effect. The paper has also compared oscillating identification signals of different rolling bearing and put forward some beneficial advices. Thereby the technology of identifying and diagnosing rolling bearing signal has ascend to measuring system based on virtual instrument from conventional analog one.The paper has successfully completed the design task and the result meets the expectation. The designed virtual instrument of rolling bearing has a certain applied value and its function is far superior to the analog measuring system.
