湖南电信公司通信网络市场及技术经济分析

【摘要】 日新月异的技术进步将电信行业带入了一个崭新的时代，数字化技术、光通信技术、软件技术、TCP/IP协议及接入技术的发展，使得湖南电信公司早期建设的传输网络急速贬值，固定电话网络资源的有限性与用产业务需求的不断增长出现了新的矛盾。通过对电信行业技术发展趋势分析，既网络由窄带向宽带演进，提出了对本地网络优化的发展策略。 运用波特竞争理论，本文对湖南电信公司及其他电信运营商进行SWOT优劣势分析，湖南电信必须面对湖南移动、湖南联通、湖南网通、湖南铁通等多家运营商的激烈竞争，即移动通信争夺固定电话市场份额、基于IP的语音抢占长途及市话的市场份额等竞争。本文提出了湖南电信公司必须利用已有的网络优势、人才优势，制定市场细分策略、品牌策略及价格策略等多种方式，才能提高湖南电信公司的综合竞争力。 本文采用商务模型，选取比较典型颇具争议的PHS“小灵通”无线市话网络的建设进行技术经济分析，通过对财务指标包括财务内部收益率FIRR、静态投资回收期、财务净现值、投资利润率、投资利税率等指标的定性计算，对FIRR的敏感性进行分析，结果表明，市场与电信网络技术的紧密结合将能得到较好的收益。盘活湖南电信的固定电话铜缆资源，快速发展湖南电信PHS“小灵通”业务，是湖南电信明智的新业务发展策略。 结论：网络电信建设只有进行多方案的技术经济比较，才能降低工程造价和维护成本。市场与电信网络技术的紧密结合是确保投资回报的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technology development brings Telecommunication area into brand-new era, with the development of digitilized technology, optical-communication technology, software engineering, TCP/IP protocol and access technology, The transmission network of Hunan Telecommunication Company which built in early days is devalued rapidly, new contradiction appeared when the regular telephone network resource are getting limited ,and the demand of customer service growed constantly . This article gives out the development tactics of local network optimization based on the trend analysis of the technology development of telecommunication , as the network being changed from narrow-brand to broadband .Based on Potter competition theory , this article gives out SWOT advantage &disadvantage analysis of Hunan Telecommunication Company and other I telecommunication operators. China Mobile communication now is trying to enter the areas of regular telephone market, IP based long distance and local call market .Hunantelecommunication must face keen competition of the operators of Hunan Mobile, Hunan Unicom, Hunan Netcom, Hunan Railcom. The article thinks that Hunan Telecommunication Company must utilize the advantages of existing network and talent, provides many ways such as tactics of market segments, brand tactics and price strategy ,etc. In that case ,Hunan Telecomm could improve the synthesized competitiveness.This article adopts commercial model , choose comparative model PHS wireless local loop network construction and give its technological economic analysis. Through the analysis of the financial indexs ,this article calculates FIRR, Payback period of staticinvestment , financial net present value, returns on investment, investing tax rate,etc. and analyses the sensitiveness in FIRR . The result indicates the market can receive better income when combines closely with network technology of telecommunications . So vitalizing regular telephone copper cable resource of Hunan Helecommunication, developing telecommunications PHS network, is the new business development tactics of Hunan Telecommunication .Conclusion: The company could reduce the cost of the project and maintain when the comparation of technology and economy analysis are done , it is the very important point that the market combines closely with network technology of telecommunications to guarantee the investment repayment .更多还原
