桂林国家高新技术产业开发区发展战略研究

【摘要】 本文通过阐述国内外高技术园区、高新技术产业开发区的发展状况，总结和分析这些高技术园区和高新技术产业开发区成功的经验和失败的教训。文中重点阐述桂林国家高新技术产业开发区的投资环境，分析了其具备的发展优势、存在的劣势和面临的发展机遇，在此基础上，从长远发展的角度提出了桂林国家高新技术产业开发区的发展战略。 本文共六章，第一章绪论。第二章从国外高技术园区发展历程、环境和科技经济状况着手，阐述了北美高技术园区、西欧高技术园区和东亚高技术园区的发展状况，对它们成功的经验和失败的教训进行了认真剖析。第三章叙述了我国53家国家级高新技术产业开发区的发展状况，总结和分析了我国国家级高新技术产业开发区建设十多年来的经验，剖析了存在的问题。第四章分析了桂林国家高新技术产业开发区所处的自然环境、智力环境、产业环境、资源环境、基础设施环境、政策环境和竞争环境，认为其具有良好投资环境的同时，也面临着激烈的竞争局面。第五章从阐述桂林国家高新技术产业开发区的发展历程及现状入手，分析了其优势、劣势和发展机遇。第六章从桂林国家高新技术产业开发区的定位着手，以加速其发展为目标，研究了组合实施总成本领先战略、标岐立异战略和目标集聚战略的具体措施和策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the development of New-High-tech parks abroad and home, this article focus on the investment environment, strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of GuiLin high-tech park, then points out its development strategies in the long term.There are six chapters in this article. The first chapter deals with the influence of high-tech park on science and economy of our society. The second chapter mentions the development of high-tech parks in Northern America, Europe Asia, including their successful experiences and failures. The third chapter elaborates the development of 53 high-tech parks in china, and summarizes their experiences and existing problems. The forth chapter analyses the investment environment of GuiLin high-tech park, including nature, facilities, personnel, industry, raw material, policies and competitors. The fifth chapter mainly summarizes and analyses the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of GuiLin high-tech park from the aspects of high-tech industry, incubation conditions, administration system, service systems and the local economy. The sixth chapter makes a object for GuiLin high-tech park, and then sets forward its development strategies, including overall cost leadership differentiation and focus strategy.更多还原
