用ChemCAD和神经网络模拟与分析反应精馏系统

【摘要】 通常来说反应精馏的模拟比一般的反应过程和一般的精馏过程都要复杂。本文利用ChemCAD模拟了乙醇和乙酸生产乙酸乙酯的过程。研究了精馏塔的稳态特性,绘制了有关设备中的组成分布曲线。并且利用MATLAB中的人工神经网络工具箱建立了神经网络。用CHEMCAD计算得出的结果进行人工神经网络的训练。并且用神经网络进行灵敏度分析和优化处理。结果证明神经网络的预测较为准确,达到了预期的要求。

【Abstract】 The design and operation issues for reactive distillation systems are considerably more complex than those for either conventional reactors or conventional distillation columns. The thesis has studied the theory concerning simulating reactive distillation process, simulated the process by using CHEMCAD, and plotted the curves of distributing components. In order to study its steady state characteristics of the equipments, An ANN model was built by using the data that were created by CHEMCAD. It could predict the reactive distillation process and process the sensitivity analyze and optimize the process.
