【摘要】 本研究分为两个部分。第一部分为理论研究，着重从祖国医学对冠心病的认识，中医药治疗冠心病的临床研究进展，冠心病现代医学治疗概述以及冠心病中医治则治法的研究现状四个方面进行文献整理，并且对导师诊治冠心病的学术思想加以归纳总结，为本课题的临床研究奠定了理论基础；第二部分为临床研究，通过对30例心阳虚型冠心病人的症状、心电图、血脂、血液流变学及其中20例左心室舒张和收缩功能治疗前后的疗效对比，结果显示：(1)温阳益心法具有显著改善冠心病临床症状的作用。(2)温阳益心法能够显著改善心电图，从而表明该法具有很好的改善冠心病心肌缺血缺氧状态的作用。(3)温阳益心法能够显著降低血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)及β-脂蛋白(g/L)的水平，表明该法对改善或阻抑冠状动脉粥样硬化的发展乃至消退有重要意义。(4)温阳益心法能够改善血液流变学异常，明显降低全血粘度、血浆粘度及血小板聚集率。(5)温阳益心法具有明显改善左心室收缩与舒张功能，增强心功能的作用。理论和临床研究证明，温阳益心法是治疗冠心病的基本法则。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study have two parts . The first part mainly includes the knowledge of Coronary heart disease (CHD) known by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), such as etiology and pathogenesis,clinical treatment advance of CDH and therapeutical principle . In addition , I sum up my tutor s academical theory on CHD and this study is based on them .The other part is clinical observation on 30 patients of asthenic cardiac yang .We observe patients in symptoms, electrocardiographic tracing, blood lipid level, hemodynamic changes and observe 20 patients function of left ventricle after treatment .We reach a conclusion as follows: (1) The principle of pyretic tonif ication of heart yang improved patients symptoms and electrocardiographic changes evidently .These show that the principle can effectly protect the myocardial tissue of ischemia or oxygen defciency . (2) The principle of pyretic tonif ication of heart yang can lower the level of TC, TG, LDL. These show that the principle can also abolish advancement of coronary sclerosis . (3)The principle of pyretic tonif ication of heart yang can prove abnormal hemodynamic changes and reduce whole blood viscosity, plasmatic viscosity and hematoblastic aggregation rate . (4)The principle of pyretic tonification of heart yang can prove the function on contraction and relaxation of left ventricle moreover, it can strengen heart function .
