【摘要】 斑秃是种常见的皮肤附属器官疾病，目前其病因尚不完全清楚，中医责之于肾虚、血虚、血瘀、血热等，现代医学认为，本病与免疫，内分泌，遗传，精神，等方面关系密切，治疗本病难度较大，西药及中成药效果不佳，发挥中医药特色，在辨证论治的基础上，使用中药复方，副作用小，疗效可靠，以期在病因的探索及治疗上另辟溪径。 为此目地，我们进行了大量的临床观察和中西医理论探讨来确定补肾养血胶囊治疗肾亏血虚型斑秃的机理和疗效。中成药养血生发胶囊治疗组作为对照组，共观察病例63例，治疗组33例，对照组30例，治疗时间均为3个月。观察了临床疗效和免疫学指标即T细胞亚群的变化；血液流变学指标和性激素水平以及尿17-羟、尿17-酮含量，结果显示，补肾养血胶囊能明显消除斑秃症状。调节免疫功能，提高内分泌水平促进造血功能，且有活血化瘀之效。治疗效果优于养血生发胶囊，为临床辨证治疗斑秃提供了依据。但其机理有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 AA" is a kind of common skin malady, whose etiology is still vague at present The traditional Chinese medicine considers its etiology as the deficiency of kidney, the energy deficiency of blood blood stasis, blood heat,and so on. Mmodern medicine thinks that "AA" is in close contact with immunology endocrine genetics, psychiatry. It’s more difficult to cure this disease. The curative effect of western medicine and the Chinese patent medicine aren’t good, so we should bring the features of the traditional Chinese medicine into full play with the determination of the treatment based on the differentiation of syndromes.The apply of herbal decoction has the traits of small side effects and reliable curative effect.From it,can we find a new way to the etiology and treatment of "AA".To attain this goal, we have carried on many clinical observations and the traditional Chinese medicine to confirm the mechanism and the curative effect of "BuShenYangXue"decoction which is invented by professor WangYuXi for the treatment of "AA"with the loss of the kidney essence and the deficiency of blood. The group cured by the Chinese patent medicine is called as the control group. We observed the clinical curative effect, the quota of immunology (including the activity of Tcell subgroup and NK cell), the puota of blood rheology and the level of sex hormone. The results show that professor WangYuxi’s "BuShen YangXue" decoction can eliminate the symptoms of "AA", regulate the immunologic function,increase the level of sex hormone, accelerate the formation of blood and have the effect of improving blood circulation and relieving stasis. The curative effect of the decoction is better than that of the control group. And it also offers the basis of treating "AA",but the mechanism of the treatment needs further study.更多还原
